The field of observation is based on and on the internet, where there are violence and crimes, but also educational and protective processes on a large scale. Although men and women exhibit themselves, especially through intimate images (of nudity and / or sex), it is necessary to observe that women are divulged with much greater repercussion, generating several serious negative psychological consequences: for victims and for society (about the victims). In addition, a phenomenon called "pornography of revenge" has been set up, where especially men with whom the women related, expose them (often through blackmail and threats) through the dissemination of private material face of the end of the relationship and in processes of domination and violence in intimacy. Through a feminist perspective, valuing multireferenced methodologies, there was an emphasis on heterosexual relations, given the recurrence and dimension of the concrete events and representing the intention to reinforce the reminiscence of the patriarchal structure of thought and socio-cultural conviviality. The central objective was the search for an approach to representations of women - objectified, spectacular bodies and delimitation on sexualities, revealing structural oppression and rooted in social imaginaries. To this end, the development of this dissertation pervades the themes of cyberspace, youth culture, sexual education, male domination and violence against women. In order to concretize and exemplify the discussion, cases were selected for analysis that cover violence, as opposed to positive actions that gained repercussion in the networks. The cartographic method is the foundation of the qualitative approach, which is based on netnographic and supported in the analysis content and discourse. In addition, a bibliographical and journalistic survey was carried out on the network, expanding documentary sources and recording information related to the themes and axes delimited as the focus of field research. As a result of the research, one has, in fact, despite relative emancipation, women remain subjugated and raped in many spheres. However, they are more equipped with a baggage that is demonstrative of a historical struggle, which is inferred in cyberfeminist movements, which re-signify voices, patterns and scope (both fronts and individual and subjective education in an educational and protective way). Cyberfeminisms, in addition to educating and creating networks of protection and diffusion on a large scale, place women as potent activists in the present historical moment. Through education for and human rights the internet can be used in a dignified manner, inciting and enabling a wide circulation of powerful and positive information and conglomerations.Item Mulheres e cárcere: reflexões sobre o conjunto penal feminino em Salvador-Bahia(Universidade Catolica de Salvador, 2015-10-21) Viana, Noemi Negrão; Cavalcanti, Vanessa Ribeiro Simon; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6538283866214716; Silva, Antonio Carlos da; Castilhos, Daniela SerraInside the line of the search on Family and Society, this dissertation is about the complex bond between women and prison. The intention is to investigate public policies for Human Rights and, by extension, for the fundamental and social rights to promote better living conditions and living-together conditions for the prisoners and their children. The increase of the female population in prison up discussions on gender issues, vulnerabilities and ethics. One can notice the androcentric structure of prisons created for and thought by men. The confinement of those idealized by society as being docile and meek causes a dilemma, since their idealized role of taking care of the household chores rests unfulfilled. Most of them lose touch with family members and friends because of geographical distance and prejudice. Another major challenge for the Brazilian prison system is the increasing number of pregnant women in prison. Prisons are not prepared for the pregnancy and the staying of the baby while breast-feeding. The lack of protection by the State brings up the paradox of the principle of universality, guaranteed to "everyone", when in fact only those who own capital and actively participate in the global market are assisted. To find out what the impacts of institutional gender violence caused in imprisoned women, there was a case study in Conjunto Penal Feminino, located in Salvador, Bahia. The methodological approach used was the qualitative one, which provided a better understanding of the facts and social processes detected through semi structured interviews with twelve female inmates. There was a review of classic and contemporary references such as: Aristotle, Badinter, Beccaria, Bobbio, Chodorow, Harvey, Kurz, Perrot, Plato, Reale and others. The material collected in the field, which use had been previously authorized by the prison institution and consented to by the group of participants, was confronted with the current legislation and the critical theory. Partial results show that: as the moment of separation will certainly occur because of the imprisonment, the State becomes fully responsible for the children, in addition to keeping affection and sustaining family ties. It requires recognition of the reproductive rights, of the right to maternity and the (re)construction of family ties in order to (re)integrate them into society.Item A perpetuação da violência de género nos novos media(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2015-10) Castilhos, Daniela Serra; Serra, Tania; UCSAL, Universidade Católica do SalvadorItem A responsabilidade do Estado Islâmico pela destruição do património imaterial da humanidade(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2015-10) Vilela, Noémia Rute Peres de Bessa; Castilhos, Daniela Serra; UCSAL, Universidade Católica do Salvador
