    Precarious work, is the same as making it unstable, without guarantees, leave uncertain, and because there is a tendency of growth of the precariousness of nursing work, arose the investigative interest about the present study. Objective: To analyze the precariousness of nursing work, seeking to understand the organization and investigating its action in the face of the process of precariousness. Methodology: This is an integrative review, which combines and synthesizes the main information on the topic. Thus, within this perspective will be highlighted the results obtained, and discussed with the support of the other studies collected. Results: The articles selected as a sample of this study demonstrated that nurses' health is compromised, whether physical or mental, and that it is necessary, in a primordial way, to know and deepen the dialogue in the organizational structures, providing a critical professional participation, based on the combination of care with freedom, participation and autonomy. Final Considerations: The organization of nursing work permeates the institutional sphere, and should be analyzed in its entirety, composing a social context, making it necessary to pay attention to the main source of the human being, which is work. Knowing that, with consideration, it is possible to achieve improvements in the organization of nurses' work, in the sense of emancipation and quality care
