Precarious work, is the same as making it unstable, without guarantees, leave
uncertain, and because there is a tendency of growth of the precariousness of nursing work,
arose the investigative interest about the present study. Objective: To analyze the
precariousness of nursing work, seeking to understand the organization and investigating its
action in the face of the process of precariousness. Methodology: This is an integrative
review, which combines and synthesizes the main information on the topic. Thus, within this
perspective will be highlighted the results obtained, and discussed with the support of the
other studies collected. Results: The articles selected as a sample of this study demonstrated
that nurses' health is compromised, whether physical or mental, and that it is necessary, in a
primordial way, to know and deepen the dialogue in the organizational structures, providing
a critical professional participation, based on the combination of care with freedom,
participation and autonomy. Final Considerations: The organization of nursing work
permeates the institutional sphere, and should be analyzed in its entirety, composing a social
context, making it necessary to pay attention to the main source of the human being, which
is work. Knowing that, with consideration, it is possible to achieve improvements in the
organization of nurses' work, in the sense of emancipation and quality care
Precarizar o trabalho, é o mesmo que torná-lo instável, sem garantias, deixar incerto, e por existir uma tendência de crescimento da precarização do trabalho da enfermagem, surgiu o interesse investigativo acerca do presente estudo. Objetivo: Tem como fulcro, analisar a precarização do trabalho da enfermagem, buscando compreender a organização e investigando sua atuação frente ao processo de precarização. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, que acopla e sintetiza as principais informações sobre o tema. Assim, dentro desta perspectiva serão destacados os resultados obtidos, e discutidos com o amparo dos demais estudos colhidos. Resultados: Os artigos eleitos como amostra deste trabalho, demonstraram que a saúde dos enfermeiros está comprometida, seja ela de ordem física ou mental, se fazendo necessário, de maneira primordial, conhecer e aprofundar o diálogo nas estruturas organizacionais, proporcionando uma participação profissional crítica, fundamentada na combinação de cuidado com liberdade, participação e autonomia. Considerações finais: A organização do trabalho da enfermagem perpassa a esfera institucional, devendo ser analisada em sua totalidade, compondo um contexto social, tornando necessário, ter uma atenção a principal fonte do ser humano, que é o trabalho. Sabendo que, com ponderação, é possível alcançar as melhorias na organização do trabalho do enfermeiro, no sentido da emancipação e de uma assistência de qualidade
