    O direito à saúde mental

    This article seeks to demonstrate the importance of the right to mental health, since it is a guarantee that is provided for in the Federal Constitution of 1988 and must be fully implemented by the State. According to research, mental disorders were not always observed as a health sector that generated prejudices and stigmas, but over time, with the development of society, through social struggles and institutional, welfare and legislative reforms, the rights of Carriers of the disorders are being modified, observing, mainly, the human rights of individuals.
