The present work refers to the research carried out for the
elaboration of the architectural, urban and landscape de-
sign of a Cinematographic Pole, located in the city of Sal-
vador / BA, directed to the production of audiovisual, with
the implementation of functional and creative environmen-
ts, bringing the architecture as a fundamental part of this
production. In this way, the proposed object will also act as
an element of transformation in the community, impacting
mainly on the young people of the region. The methodology
used took place through bibliographical and documentary
research, field visits, studies of the infrastructure of the im-
mediate surroundings, having as product the elaboration of
the architectural project and its complementaries. The Cine-
matographic Pole is expected to have a considerable impact
on society, not only by rescuing cinema in Bahia as an archi-
tectural landmark in the city.
O presente trabalho refere-se à pesquisa realizada para a
elaboração do projeto arquitetônico, urbanístico e paisagís-
tico de um Polo Cinematográfico, localizado na cidade de Sal-
vador/BA, direcionado para a produção de audiovisual, com
a implantação de ambientes funcionais e criativos, trazendo
a arquitetura como peça fundamental para essa produção.
Dessa forma, o objeto proposto atuará também como ele-
mento de transformação na comunidade, impactando sobre-
tudo, nos jovens da região. A metodologia utilizada se deu
através de pesquisas bibliográficas e documentais, visitas de
campo, estudos da infraestrutura do entorno imediato, ten-
do como produto a elaboração do projeto arquitetônico e de
seus complementares. Prevê-se que o Polo Cinematográfico
proporcione um impacto considerável na sociedade, não só
pelo resgate do cinema na Bahia como um marco arquitetô-
nico na cidade.
