This article aims to discuss the autonomy to perform the closed testament of the visually impaired, provided that they are literate, able and able to use Braille to write. This subject is necessary in the face of the technological changes that have been helping the visually impaired to be independent, as well as the state that through laws has promoted a more inclusive society, giving the disabled the condition to show their full potential, thus respecting the constitution that preaches the inclusion and respect for the difference of its citizens.
Este artigo tem como finalidade discutir a autonomia do deficiente visual para realizar o testamento cerrado, desde que alfabetizado, capaz e que saiba usar
o braile para escrever. Esse assunto se faz necessário diante das mudanças
tecnológicas que vem ajudando os deficientes visuais a serem independentes, bem
como com a ajuda do estado que através de leis vem promovendo uma sociedade
mais inclusiva, dando aos deficientes condição de mostrarem todo seu potencial,
respeitando assim a constituição que prega o a inclusão e o respeito á diferença de
seus cidadãos.
