Abstract
In a panorama marked by global changes originating from the reflexes of the productive restructuring of capital, characterized by intense technological innovation in an increasingly connected society and under neoliberal inflows, in the mid-1990s, the digital platforms of labor intermediation / contracting human. The theoretical discussions about the nature, denomination,
origin, characteristics or rationale of this model of interaction of consumer, financial and labor relations are presented through a literature review. the work of law practitioners in advocacy when intermediated by online platforms - a movement more popularly recognized as a "shared economy". Through a qualitative and quantitative analysis, the research, based on a critical and
analytical theoretical framework of the current socioeconomic system and its interactions with science and technologies, focuses on the way in which these companies operate, the principal (s) (re) configuration of the basic institutes of the world of work and the process of commercialization of the law in Brazil - in progress - also sought to identify the dimensions of the relationship of the lawyer's work are being affected. Finally, the interviews with lawyers
who work on the platforms and the analysis of the information contained in some of them, allowed to uncover the characteristics of the work of advocacy in this new context, and to conclude that they constitute a marked process of precariousness of the labor relations of the lawyer in Brazil.
