Abstract
The purpose of this article is to address the thematic of adolescents who are responsible for infractions, obtaining a vision of the problems faced regarding resocialization. The great recurrence is due to the lack of effectiveness of the existing socializing alternatives regarding the various social programs developed by the Government, such as the National Socio-Educational Service System (SINASE), making it necessary to implement new policies that cover or correct such failures. In addition, it sought to identify the importance of families for these young people in monitoring the resocialization process, understanding how family aspects - because they are a space of fundamental importance for the consolidation of reintegration programs in society - interfere in their development, influencing them directly to the practice of such acts. Then, we analyze the main reasons for the growth of crime and the attempts to contain them, based on the historical evolution of Brazilian laws, especially the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, as well as the role of the State as responsible by the elaboration of public policies directed to the guarantee of the children and adolescents.
