Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain consumer relations through electronic commerce, the emergence of this new relationship, the effectiveness of the guarantees provided by the Consumer Protection Code in the context of the virtual environment, In agreement with this, elucidate also the various gaps in the legislation to be completed with regard to electronic commerce, considering that this virtual relationship moves large numbers every day in Brazil, emphasizing the need to establish effective mechanisms to conduct the relationship of consumption in the virtual environment.
