    This article aims to analyze the parental alienation in óptica of the right of children and adolescents. According to studies, the doctrine of integral protection finds support in the legal instruments of national and international nature, which establish and recognize children and adolescents as subjects of rights. The doctrine of integral protection aims to protect the child by their condition of vulnerability, therefore, deserving of special protection of the family, society and the State. The doctrine that encompasses all of the guiding principles of the right of children and adolescents. Objective also conceptualize parental alienation and analyze this practice as conduct that violates the fundamental right to family life of children and adolescents, it is important in breaking the preservation of family ties, vital necessity to developing person.
