Item Descortinando invisibilidades: violência patrimonial e a fixação de alimentos para vítimas de violência doméstica(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2019-06-17) Ximenes, Angela Virgínia Brito; Costa, Aline Moerbeck da; https://wwws.cnpq.br; Pereira, Nivea da Silva Gonçalves; https://wwws.cnpq.brInscribed in an interdisciplinary approach and with an emerging theme, the research object reveals complexity and the need to approach social dynamics and family relationships. Civil and criminal actions arising from domestic and family violence against women appear to lack more effective policy responses, since their records do not reveal the true extent of the problem. In several regions of Brazil countless cases of violence suffered by women by their companions or ex-companions have never been registered in police stations through the Bulletin of Occurrence (B.O.). They also end up covering the intergenerational impacts and the search for access to justice. It was found that 72% of the victims of feminicide had never denounced the mistreatment previously suffered. Gaps in the production of knowledge and in the legal approach are characterized, with emphasis on the idea of financial dependence and not autonomy. How important is food fixation for victims of domestic violence? However, the present study is justified considering that it is a matter of social and family impact, discussed in the academic and scientific fields. It will be sought, then, the contribution to propagation of the knowledge on the mentioned subject, besides the description in Present Time and Brazilian context. The objective of this study was to provide a documentary and historiographic analysis about the importance of food fixation for domestic violence victims, especially women, through a literature review. The guarantees enshrined in Law 112.340 / 06 (Maria da Penha Law) deserve to be used in addition to a purely normative legal culture. As a result, seek to improve the instrumentalisation of the protective measures provided for in the Maria da Penha Law, to promote an increase in the security of the integrity of the victim that denounces domestic violence, and to strengthen the idea that the human rights of women are a part: inalienable, integral and indivisibility of universal human rights. This can be done from the coping and counteracting (CEDAW, 1994) guidelines and by creating validation and assurance mechanisms through the food approach, promoting autonomy and protection.Item Direitos humanos e contextos familiares no processo de (res)socialização de pessoas privadas de liberdade: uma análise da eficácia da metodologia APAC.(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2019-05-29) Sardeio, Laura Cavalcante; Cavalcanti, Vanessa Ribeiro Simon; https://wwws.cnpq.br; Costa, Aline Moerbeck da; https://wwws.cnpq.br; Henriques, Marco Ribeiro; https://wwws.cnpq.br; Menezes, Mariana Risério Chaves de; https://wwws.cnpq.brThe main theme of this monography is the importance of guaranteeing the human rights and maintenance of the family contexts in the resocialization process of the people deprived from their liberty. This issue has achieved visibility, at the social and scientific levels, and is nowadays considered as a problem, due the impact and multiplicity of manifestations and consequences. The objective of this research was to analyze violent events in intimacy relations, precipitating factors and consequences in the last year, among youngs, as well as presentation of the main legal elements of protection and defense in the light of literature. Method: This research was carried out with two young men of both genders and between 16 and 24 years of age, from two medium - sized public schools in Salvador and Feira de Santana - Bahia. It was used the same instrument ("Young Loving Path), Brazilian version, submitted to cross-cultural adaptation, validation and psychometric analysis, for use in the national context), to operationalize the quantitative (questionnaire - objective questions) and qualitative (interviews - subjective questions) approaches. In the quantitative approach were selected a sample of youngs (n = 45) (3% to 5% of the total number of students (16 to 24 years old), randomly selected, according to the high school grades. The randomized students, who accepted and signed a consent form, individually answered the questionnaire on sociodemographic aspects and violent events in the couple, in the last 12 months. Data were analyzed using software IBM® SPSS® Statistic version 22, calculating simple frequencies and percentages, according to gender and age groups. In the qualitative approach, interviews were conducted with eleven (n = 11) youngs, among those who participated in the quantitative phase (n = 45), based on subjective PAJ questions related to violent events in intimacy relations: a) How it was the situation?; b) Talk about the other person involved; c) Talk about what you did; and, d) What are your feelings at the exact moment it happened? It was used Content Thematic Analysis \ ATC, carried out in systematic steps:"Pre-analysis", for the formation of the "corpus"; "Material exploration", for coding and treatment of results, identifying key categories and subcategories,; "Interpretation of content", based on "corpus" and categories extracted, to discuss the findings. This research was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the State University of Feira de Santana (CAAE: 46267215.6.0000.0053, according to Resolution 466/12 of the National Health Council). Results: The findings indicated a high frequency of violent events in the intimacy of couples (quantitative and qualitative data), where Psychological Violence, manifested by Verbal Violence and Control, was cited by the majority, presenting a bi-directional characteristic (perpetrated by both genders)."Jealousy and Power Relations", as well as the "Control" were the prominent categories, reported by the unanimity of young people, as precipitating factors of violent events, independent of manifestation (verbal, physical, sexual), serving as justification for perpetration and as a representation of positive care and feelings between partners. The verbal violence was manifested with mutual aggression, an attitude considered natural and of little gravity, by young people. Physical violence, perpetrated more by boys, accompanied by emotional dependence between partners and lack of awareness of being in abusive intimate relationships. Sexual violence was explained by several manifestations and mostly “sexual violence without penetration”, especially reported by girls, with more frequent cases in Salvador. Considerations: The findings indicate a high magnitude of violent occurrences in intimacy among young people, as a risk factor and negative impact on the mental and global health, in the process of psychosocial development. There is a need for effective investments, raising awareness among families and different social sectors of the importance of healthy relationships, based on human rights and the full exercise of citizenship, fundamental conditions for personal and interpersonal balance.Item Para além do normativo-legal: o suporte extrajudicial dos planos nacionais no efetivo combate a violência contra as mulheres(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2018-10) Costa, Aline Moerbeck da; Neves, Isla Gomes; Cavalcanti, Vanessa Ribeiro Simon; UCSAL, Universidade Católica do SalvadorItem Violência na intimidade sob a perspectiva dos direitos humanos: questões de gênero e impactos nos indicadores de feminicídio(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2019-10) Costa, Aline Moerbeck da; Neves, Isla Gomes; UCSAL, Universidade Católica do Salvador
