Item Candomblé e educação não formal: a dinâmica da formação litúrgica em ambientes sagrados, a partir da contribuição da mulher negra, para reafirmação da identidade negra(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2018-10) Teixeira, Jessica Santana Santos; Vieira, Roberto Carlos; UCSAL, Universidade Católica do SalvadorThe article proposes a study on the liturgical rituals performed by the religion of African origin, specifically Candomblé, considering the process of non-formal education, translated into orality, developed by religious leaders, that is, black women, to reaffirm the black identity. The study was restricted to the study of the structure and functioning of one of the nations of candomblé, the nation of Ketu. The woman within the religion has contributed to a significant role since the period of slavery in Brazil, to reaffirm the black identity. Does the restlessness of the research reflect how non-formal education in the sacred environments of candomblé, the Ketu nation, is developed from the contribution of the black woman, to reaffirm the black identity? The objective is to understand the non-formal educational practices carried out by black women, religious leaders, developed in the communities of Terreiros de Candomblé, of the nation of Ketu, to reaffirm the black identity. For theoretical support of the object we resort to the contributions of the theoreticians Libane (2017), Barbieri and Leonardi (1997), Prandi (1996) and Carneiro (2008). The methodology was carried out with a qualitative approach, using dialectical logic, bibliographical research and inductive and dialectical methods. In principle, it considers the historical evolution of legal philosophy, demonstrating how theories elucidate the formation of conviction by the judge, varying according his subjectivity. Thus, the controversies between the law and the verdict are evidenced, and separate legal decisions are brought before the same concrete case. The last one, it communicates the sources of Law in the scope of glimpsing the impacts of judicial decisions in the process, with a fulcrum in the art. 489, § 1° of the New Code of Civil Procedure – NCPC. Therefore, the importance of the legislature in circumventing judicial arbitrariness against the parties is evident. The food allowance is granted after analyzing the binomial need / possibility, adequate to the basic guarantees enshrined in the Federal Constitution of 1988. In view of this condition, it is asked: How can the process of perception of food affect the human need of the person being fed, considering the binomial need / possibility of the feeder, with a view to food security? The general objective of the investigation was to understand the needs of the need and the possibility of the legal limits of the perception of food, with a view to guaranteeing the human dignity of the person being fed. For this, the qualitative approach methodology was applied, based on the principles of dialectical logic, bibliographic research and the dialectical method. In the bibliographic review process, it uses the thoughts of the authors, Stolze, 2019, Tartuce, 2015, Moraes, 2003 and the Federal Constitution of Brazil, 1988. The majority of the nourishment conditions the provision of food, due to the adopted position of the country. It focuses on an analysis of the performance of these organizations in the Civil Society space, assuming that, given the neoliberal strategies adopted by the Brazilian State, the Civil Society Organizations, from 1995 to 2002, performed counter-hegemony to this. Neoliberal state in conformation and resistance processes, which are not watertight and non-exclusive. The general objective of the research was to analyze the performance of Civil Society Organizations, as counter-hegemonic cases, before the neoliberal policies assimilated by Brazil. The central question of the research is: How did the Civil Society Organizations counter-hegemonize neoliberal policies, from 1995 to 2002, in view of the reduction of the State's actions regarding social protection? The theoretical framework is supported by the contributions of some authors such as Behring (2008), Coutinho (2008) Duriguetto (2011), Landim (1993), Martins (2009), Montaño (2011) and Pereira (2003), among others. The discussions raise the investigation of a qualitative approach, of exploratory nature, with methodological procedures of Documentary Research and Discourse Analysis, having as instrument of analysis documents generated, during the time frame, by two civil society organizations from the military regime, the MOC and CESE and, which during the 90's, acted in front of the Brazilian neoliberal ideas. What can be seen is that those civil society organizations, during the time-frame, did not counteract the hegemony of the neoliberal project, from the constitution and execution of programs / projects that dealt with the multiple manifestations of the social issue, sought to ensure rights. political and social issues and the survival of groups / communities, sometimes conforming, sometimes resisting the offensive of the strategies carried out by the neoliberal policies installed in the Brazilian State and Bahia, although they do not express, in their activities, considering the time frame, political and social actions that explicit change and / or transformation in the period, as against hegemony to the neoliberal scenario, with regard to social protection.
