Abstract
This research considers the tripod family, school and community as fundamental contributions to socio-education, but mainly and to the building of adolescents´ life projects who are attributed authorship of juvenile offending. The field research was developed at the Santo Antônio Educational Center (CESA), which works in the premises of the Irmã Dulce Community of Socio-Educacional Assistence, linked to the State of Bahia´s Foundation of the Child and the Adolescent (FUNDAC). The methodology of this research has a qualitative approach of descriptive/analytical imprint, systematized as a case study. By using the context of the socio-educational internment measure, it was prioritized to approach the schooling process as one of the main elements of resignification and building of adolescents' life projects. The family is conceived as one of the institutions responsible for monitoring the socio-educational process and together with the school and the community plays a decisive role in the process of social reintegration of graduates. The research considers the historical aspects related to the care promoted by the Public Authority to vulnerable children and adolescents, the treatment of infringing practices, as well as the advances of legislation from the assimilation of the content of integral protection from the Statute of the Child and Adolescent.
