O perfil das mulheres encarceradas nas regiões norte e nordeste do Brasil: um olhar a partir dos artigos científicos

The prison system in Brazil, in general, does not demonstrate minimum
conditions for prisoners, and the situation plummets even more when it comes to the
female gender. Brazilian women were placed in a historical context marked by the
lack of care and attention to their existence in the penitentiary system and this
invisibility reflects in the State's performance, which disregards the peculiarities and
particularities inherent to the female figure. In this sense, the present article aimed to
carry out a systematic analysis of 4 articles published in a magazine between the
years 2010 and 2020, dealing with the profile of women in the prison system in the
North and Northeast regions of Brazil. For that, the Scielo, Google Scholar and
Academia.edu databases were used. After analyzing the data offered by the surveys,
it was noticed that the profile of women in these conditions, in general, is similar.
However, due to the scarcity of studies on the subject and the invisibility of the
female gender, especially in these respective regions, the analysis also found that it
was not possible to reach a result, in a broad and reliable way, with only 4 articleson the referred subject, so that he realized the urgent need to induce scientific research
on this universe.
O sistema carcerário no Brasil, de forma geral, não demonstra condições
mínimas aos apenados, e a situação despenca ainda mais quando se trata do
gênero feminino. As mulheres brasileiras foram inseridas em um contexto histórico
marcado pela carência de cuidados e atenção à sua existência no sistema
penitenciário e tal invisibilidade reflete na atuação do Estado, que despreza as
peculiaridades e particularidades inerentes à figura feminina. Nesse sentido, o
presente artigo teve como objetivo realizar uma análise sistemática de 4 artigos
publicados em revista entre os anos de 2010 a 2020, que versassem a respeito do
perfil da mulher no sistema carcerário nas regiões Norte e Nordeste do Brasil. Para
tanto, foram utilizadas as bases de dados Scielo, Google Scholar e Academia.edu.
Após a análise dos dados oferecidos pelas pesquisas, percebeu-se que o perfil das
mulheres nessas condições, de maneira geral, é similar. Contudo, devido à
escassez de estudos sobre o tema e da invisibilidade do gênero feminino,
principalmente nessas respectivas regiões, a análise também constatou que não foi
possível chegar a um resultado, de forma ampla e confiável, com apenas 4 artigos
sobre o referido tema, de modo que percebeu a urgência necessidade de induzir
pesquisas científicas sobre este universo.
