Abstract
The present article aims to study the international trade relations and the difficulties in the development of contracts of international sale of goods, due to the particularities of the foreign legal system and national one, as well as their typical clauses and the choice of law to apply to these contracts. It will be parsed as the Vienna Convention 1980 (CISG) sought the unification of these standards, especially its scope of application, and the rights and obligations of contracting parties.
