Abstract
This work of course conclusion aims to discuss the right to property, its
social function, the social function of the city as opposed to expropriation for urban
reform, the hypotheses of this loss to the public power and its hypotheses of
indemnity. Conceptual topics, principles, and legislation so far pacified will be
presented and discussed.
