The act stands out through sexual, physical and psychological violence, leaving not only physical and perceptive consequences on women, thus reflecting on the coexistence between society. Objective: To analyze the multidisciplinary team approach to care for women in situations of violence. Method: This is an integrative literature review study, the databases used were Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature (LILACS) and Nursing Databases (BDENF) 17 articles selected in Portuguese and English were selected from 2010 to 2020. Results: Assistance to women in situations of violence is characterized by welcoming by a multidisciplinary team due to the complexity of the biopsychosocial and emotional aspects involved. Law 11.340 / 2006, better known as the Maria da Penha Law, aims to protect women from any violence, whether domestic, family or sexual. Goal: To know and analyze the multiprofessional approach to women victims of sexual violence. Method: It is a study of literature review of the narrative type, done the data collection by the Virtual Health Library (VHL) in Portuguese language, with publications in the period from 2005 to 2013. The searches were conducted from August to November 2018. Results: The service to women victims of sexual violence is characterized by the reception by a multiprofessional team for the complexity of the biopsychosocial and emotional aspects involved. OBJECTIVE: GENERAL - To analyze the importance of educational actions in prenatal care. SPECIFIC: identify the educational actions performed by the prenatal care team, and understand the pregnant women's perception of educational actions in prenatal care. METHODOLOGY: This study deals with a descriptive narrative review with a qualitative approach, elaborated through the Virtual Health Library (VHL) database, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE); Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS); Scientific Eletronic Library OnLine (SCIELO); Nursing Database (BDENF). Eleven articles in the Portuguese language published in the period 2007-2015 are used. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: The actions performed by the nurse should focus on the biopsychosocial and emotional aspects related to prenatal care that were characterized by the reception and educational actions, as well as the aspects maternal and fetal health promotion. The pregnant women recognize the importance of prenatal educational activities in relation to the preparation for childbirth and the care of the newborn. OBJECTIVES: To identify in the academic literature articles that address the administration of interpersonal conflicts in the work process of the nursing manager. METHODOLOGY: Articles were selected, and scientific publications were selected from the virtual databases: SciELO, LILACS, MEDLINE, BDENF; comprised between 2010 and 2017, in Portuguese. RESULTS: Of the studies analyzed, ten of them brought relevant approaches to conflicts. DISCUSSION: The results presented in the form of thematic categories are as follows: Nursing leadership; The causes of conflicts and solutions to conflicts. Adolescence is indicated as a risk factor for early weaning, which is the cessation of exclusive breastfeeding before six months of life. Objective: To analyze the breastfeeding process in postpartum adolescents. METHOD: This study is an integrative review of literature conducted through the database: MEDLINE (pubmed), Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences Information (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) and manual search in the references of the published articles. Results: The research was formed by a sample of 11 articles being published from 2004 to 2018, all of them addressing in their context, the categories that emerged were: Breastfeeding in adolescence; Risk factors for early weaning. Final considerations: The breastfeeding process of adolescent mothers is extremely difficult because of the limited knowledge about breastfeeding, inexperience and difficulty with breastfeeding, which have become some of the factors associated with early weaning in adolescents. Objective: to analyze the development of anxiety and depression among nursing professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology: This is an integrative review of the scientific literature, carried out between 2020 and 2021, where the Boolean operators, AND, OR AND AND NOT were used to cross-reference the descriptors. Results and Discussion: We found 10 studies of these 02 from SCIELO, 04 from MEDLINE, 01 from LILACS and 03 from BDENF, in addition 03 studies have international origin (02 from China and 01 from Portugal) and 08 were conducted in Brazil. Final Considerations: It is possible to identify the highest prevalence of symptoms suggestive of depression, when compared to anxiety, in brazil. Objective: Identify the aspects that favor the promotion of breastfeeding. Methodology: Integrative review study, based on a survey of articles published in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), between 2015 and 2020, written in Portuguese. A combination of descriptors was used: Breastfeeding, Breastfeeding and Health Promotion. Based on the selection criteria, twelve articles were found. Results: After analyzing the information, it was possible to identify some aspects that promote breastfeeding - Role of health professionals: strategies to promote breastfeeding; Support programs promoting breastfeeding and Support networks as promoting breastfeeding. The role of the nurse is fundamental in this context, mainly for being directly responsible for the nursing team and for the systematized care of the patient. Objective: to describe nursing care in the early identification of sepsis signs and symptoms for quality care in the Intensive Care Unit, through a literature search. Methodology: This is a review study of the national literature on nursing actions to improve the early identification of sepsis, which used the bases of the VHL, SCIELO and PUBMED, developed in October 2021. Inclusion criteria were the articles published in the last five years that were available in Portuguese and descriptors:"Sepsis" AND "intensive therapy" AND ("nursing care" OR "nursing care") Results/Discussion: From the analysis of the publications, two specific categories emerged, namely: 1st. Knowledge of professionals about the early identification of sepsis; 2nd Main nursing actions for the early identification of sepsis. Methodology: This research is an integrative literature review, through the 6 steps recommended for this type of study. Results: 11 articles, 04 from LILACS, 03 MEDLINE and 04 BDENF, of these, 08 were carried out in Brazil, in national prison units and 03 with international penitentiaries (Turkey, England and Australia). Discussion: Despite playing an extremely important role within the prison units, the nursing professional presents several challenges to achieve the performance of care, be it basic or medium and high complexity. The insertion of obstetrical nurses in childbirth care promotes normal delivery and may favor more qualified care. Objective: to describe the process of conquering the professional autonomy of the obstetric nurse in childbirth care. Methodology: characterized by being a literature review of a descriptive nature. Elaborated through data collected from the database: SciELO (ScientificElectronic Library Online), LILACS (Latin American Literature in Health Sciences), and Law of professional practice, with the temporal cut from 2009 to 2014. Results: The results show that the autonomy of the obstetric nurse presupposes the capacity for empowerment, theoretical knowledge based on the best scientific evidence available, practical skills with competence and proactivity for decision making. AD is considered a family disease, to which its primary caregivers are exclusively dedicated. Objective: Describe, from evidence data in the literature, how families experience the routine of care and attention to elderly family members with Alzheimer's disease. Method: This is an integrative review of a qualitative approach. Twelve scientific articles were selected from the Lilacs, BDENF, Medline and Scielo databases. Results: The study was carried out in articles that approach the theme, published between 2013 and 2020, with national and international publications of descriptive, qualitative, comparative and cross-sectional studies. It affects the lower limbs and corresponds to 70% to 90% of the ulcers. Due to the complexity of the treatment, there is a need for technical skill, specific knowledge and the nurse is the professional qualified to guarantee a quality assistance. OBJECTIVE: To identify the care provided by the nurse to a person with venous ulcer. METHODOLOGY: This is an integrative review of the literature of publications available in the Latin American Literature in Health Chronicles (Lilacs), Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo) and Database of Nursing (BDENF), descriptive- qualitative. RESULTS: Nurse who possesses scientific technical knowledge has an important role in the care of the patient with venous ulcer, since it is the professional who is close to the patient in all stages of the study. assistance from diagnosis to improvement of the clinical picture. When risk factors are identified early in prenatal care, the symptom does not develop in postpartum women. Objective: To discuss the risk factors associated with postpartum depression. . Method: This is an integrative review of the literature, and carried out in a Virtual Health Library (VHL) database, using original articles in Portuguese, published between 2009 and 2017. Results: The biological factors characteristic of the puerperal gravid cycle are associated with PPD; however, the most cited risk factors were psychosocial factors. In order to avoid intercurrences, it is necessary to screen for gestational risk, to prevent or minimize maternal and fetal complications, and thereby reduce the rate of death of this nature. Objective: To identify gestational risk factors for hypertensive syndromes and gestational diabetes mellitus in low-risk pregnant women. Methodology: This is an integrative review of the literature. 911 publications were located, titles and abstracts were read with the purpose of refining. 900 articles were excluded because they did not meet the inclusion criteria or because they were duplicated. A total of 11 articles were read. After exhaustive reading, the final sample consisted of 10 articles. Results: From the evaluation of these studies, two categories emerged: Epidemiological profile of pregnant women with hypertensive syndromes and gestational diabetes mellitus in Brazil: gestational risk factors; Screening of gestational risk. Objective: To identify in the literature the risk factors that contribute to the occurrence of pneumonia in patients with covid-19. Methodology: The method used to carry out this study was an integrative literature review, from 2019 to 2021. It consists of a search, by consulting the Virtual Health Library (VHL) and Health Science Descriptors databases (DECS) and combinations performed with Boolean operators, “risk factors” AND “viral pneumonia” AND “covid-19” AND “comorbidities”. Inclusion criteria, original articles, in English, Portuguese and Spanish, in Medline database. Exclusion criteria, incomplete articles, review articles, duplicates, which did not address the study topic. Results and Discussion: 20 articles responded to the study topic, most of which considered age, sex and comorbidities as relevant as the main factors for worsening and pulmonary impairment, which can lead to a serious outcome and mortality. Final considerations: This study may be relevant for the systematization of nursing care. Based on the analyzed results, we can consider that young adults over 65 years of age, predominantly male, with pre-existing comorbidities are more likely to acquire pneumonia, which can lead to the severe form of covid-19.
