    This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of transport applications within the scope of Labor Law, which had been the subject of numerous discussions on the topic, including the new labor model inserted in the labor market. In this sense, it addresses the impacts of this relationship, cumulatively, with the flexibility of our current legal system, highlighting, later, the precariousness of work. Therefore, in order to deepen the article, the economic effects that led to the occurrence of this technological phenomenon in the field of work and its social evolution had been examined. Given this scenario, we checked the UBER transport application, which stands out with its rapid growth and its notoriety with society. In this article, understandings of jurisprudence on the subject, national and international, were investigated so that the divergences in them can be understood. In view of this, it is concluded that, it is necessary to implement regulatory norms on the subject so that it can unify jurisprudential understandings and safeguard the rights and guarantees of the under-sufficient part of the work relationship, the employee.

    O processo de vulnerabilização da classe trabalhadora face à subproletarização: uma análise dos desdobramentos da legitimação da terceirização da atividade-fim

    The present article aims to examine the intensification of the process of vulnerabilization to which the working class is affected, exposing it to the state of subproletarianization from the analysis of the position of the Supreme Court that legitimized the possibility of outsourcing the end-activity. To this end, it bibliographically explores the studies on the vulnerability condition of collectivities and the content of the resolution of the National Confederation of Industries which is responsible for pointing out 101 proposals for labor modernization. It also examines the provisions of internal legislation and the arguments of decisions given by Superior Courts relevant to the theme presented in order to evaluate the context in which the Labor Reform reform and its consequent consequences were engendered in the normative system. Finally, this work intends to contribute to the legal and doctrinal foundations that allow understanding and, consequently, clarifying the transformations of the social, economic and cultural contexts of work experienced in recent years.

    A reconfiguração do acesso à justiça do trabalho no cenário brasileiro frente as mudanças advindas da lei 13.467/2017: honorários periciais e sucumbenciais advocatícios

    In view of the need to analyze the increase in the cost of procedural labour to free justice beneficiaries, the present article researches how Law no 13.467/17 has impacted the constitutional guarantee of free access to justice through the implementation of attorneys’ succumbential fees, the possibility of charging expert fees to the free justice beneficiary submitted in the object of the expert and of the conviction to pay procedural costs in the hypothesis of the claimant’s absence in the inaugural audience without justified reason, being that payment is the condition to the proposition of new lawsuit. Therefore, it was necessary to explore the concepts of gratuity of justice, as well as its relation to the principle of dignity of the human person and its applicability to procedural labour. Additionally, it was possible to perceive that the legislative innovations in remark were harshly criticized by the doctrine and target of Direct Action of Unconstitutionality, as they are a serious injury to the constitutional guarantee of access to justice and to the workers protection.

    This article aims to analyze how the Regulation regulates and assists the work and educational training of youth in grassroots football, considering the interpretation and compliance with the Legislation. For that, it is necessary to understand under the Pelé Law in concomitance with the provisions of domestic and international law, as well as the working relationships are established in football, essentially the work performed by the infants, as well as the challenges encountered in fulfilling the educational and social formation, in face of what determines the Child and Adolescent Statute – ECA. For the construction of this article, a bibliographic review was carried out, going through jurisprudential understandings on the theme, as well as analyzes of national and international legal provisions, in order to assess the role of the State, family and society in the process of training and development of young athletes, within labor relations in football.
