The act stands out through sexual, physical and psychological violence, leaving not only physical and perceptive consequences on women, thus reflecting on the coexistence between society. Objective: To analyze the multidisciplinary team approach to care for women in situations of violence. Method: This is an integrative literature review study, the databases used were Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature (LILACS) and Nursing Databases (BDENF) 17 articles selected in Portuguese and English were selected from 2010 to 2020. Results: Assistance to women in situations of violence is characterized by welcoming by a multidisciplinary team due to the complexity of the biopsychosocial and emotional aspects involved. Law 11.340 / 2006, better known as the Maria da Penha Law, aims to protect women from any violence, whether domestic, family or sexual. Goal: To know and analyze the multiprofessional approach to women victims of sexual violence. Method: It is a study of literature review of the narrative type, done the data collection by the Virtual Health Library (VHL) in Portuguese language, with publications in the period from 2005 to 2013. The searches were conducted from August to November 2018. Results: The service to women victims of sexual violence is characterized by the reception by a multiprofessional team for the complexity of the biopsychosocial and emotional aspects involved. OBJECTIVE: GENERAL - To analyze the importance of educational actions in prenatal care. SPECIFIC: identify the educational actions performed by the prenatal care team, and understand the pregnant women's perception of educational actions in prenatal care. METHODOLOGY: This study deals with a descriptive narrative review with a qualitative approach, elaborated through the Virtual Health Library (VHL) database, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE); Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS); Scientific Eletronic Library OnLine (SCIELO); Nursing Database (BDENF). Eleven articles in the Portuguese language published in the period 2007-2015 are used. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: The actions performed by the nurse should focus on the biopsychosocial and emotional aspects related to prenatal care that were characterized by the reception and educational actions, as well as the aspects maternal and fetal health promotion. The pregnant women recognize the importance of prenatal educational activities in relation to the preparation for childbirth and the care of the newborn. Demonstrating through adherence the importance of self-care for quality of life. Objective: To identify how the multiprofessional team through health education actions can promote self-care in patients with diabetic foot. Methodology: This is an integrative review, using scientific articles published in full free online access, in the Portuguese, Spanish or English languages, available in the electronic databases of LILACS / BDENF / SciELO / MEDLINE / PubMed in the publication from 2013 to 2018. Results: According to the authors, it was possible to understand the attitude, knowledge and practice of the interdisciplinary team in health education for self-care and diabetic foot, investigating the main educational actions for family members and patients in orientation to make it multiplier of knowledge. OBJECTIVES: To identify in the academic literature articles that address the administration of interpersonal conflicts in the work process of the nursing manager. METHODOLOGY: Articles were selected, and scientific publications were selected from the virtual databases: SciELO, LILACS, MEDLINE, BDENF; comprised between 2010 and 2017, in Portuguese. RESULTS: Of the studies analyzed, ten of them brought relevant approaches to conflicts. DISCUSSION: The results presented in the form of thematic categories are as follows: Nursing leadership; The causes of conflicts and solutions to conflicts. Adolescence is indicated as a risk factor for early weaning, which is the cessation of exclusive breastfeeding before six months of life. Objective: To analyze the breastfeeding process in postpartum adolescents. METHOD: This study is an integrative review of literature conducted through the database: MEDLINE (pubmed), Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences Information (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) and manual search in the references of the published articles. Results: The research was formed by a sample of 11 articles being published from 2004 to 2018, all of them addressing in their context, the categories that emerged were: Breastfeeding in adolescence; Risk factors for early weaning. Final considerations: The breastfeeding process of adolescent mothers is extremely difficult because of the limited knowledge about breastfeeding, inexperience and difficulty with breastfeeding, which have become some of the factors associated with early weaning in adolescents. Objective: To analyze the profile of morbidity and mortality due to breast cancer in women in the state of Bahia, from 2008 to 2017. Methodology: This is a temporal ecological study of quantitative character. It presents as a unit of analysis the state of Bahia and its time frame, the period from 2008 to 2017. The information systems used form: SIH-SUS and SIM with data extracted from the online platform of the SUS Department of Informatics.Results: The highest number of cases of breast cancer diagnosed in the age group of 40 to 59 years (53.7%) and the highest mortality rate in the age group of 60 years or over 51.9 per 100,000 women was observed. The highest number of deaths was observed in women with low education (21.4%), brown (55.5%) and single (34.2%). It was possible to verify the increase in the lethality rate in both age groups. Final considerations: Given the scenario of breast cancer in the state of Bahia, more control and screening actions are needed in women over 40 years in the state, allowing the diagnosis in early stages of cancer in order to reduce the high mortality rate and improve survival of these women.Item Análise dos Índices de hipertensão arterial em adultos jovens no Estado da Bahia(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2021-12-09) Teixeira, Washington Jambeiro; Martins, Maísa Mônica Flores; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Guimarães, Helena Marilia Ferreira Costa; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Jesus, Ivia Mayana Oliveira de; http://lattes.cnpq.brIntroduction: Systemic Arterial Hypertension is largely responsible for the development of cardiovascular diseases such as Ischemic Heart Disease, Stroke and Heart Failure. Currently there is a large increase in young adults in the country, this is being analyzed and these are factors that have been worrying the health sector and government authorities. Objective: To describe the rate of hospital admissions due to arterial hypertension in the population of young adults in the state of Bahia. Methodology: This is an epidemiological study of an ecological type, with a quantitative approach and descriptive character, based on secondary data. For this analysis, variables were used, such as Color/Race, Gender, Population quantity in each macro- region of Bahia and number of hospitalized patients. Results: Preliminary data was analyzed with respect to the main characteristic between Race/color, the incidence of admission of young people in the macro-regions of the state of Bahia, responding to the general objective. It was possible to see a high rate of young people, especially women hospitalized with this disease. Also the results obtained in relation to race, where people considered brown have the highest rate of hospitalization, with an exponential increase between the years 2014 to 2020. Final considerations: The work in question aimed at a study in order to contribute with a case analysis on the admissions of young patients for hypertension in Bahia, identifying the main variables. It was possible to notice that arterial hypertension has a high prevalence in women, it is necessary to obtain further investigations that can understand why women are more affected, and thus standardize the techniques in order to alleviate this index.Item Ansiedade e depressão em profissionais de enfermagem durante a pandemia da covid-19(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2021-06-11) Santos, Sara Camila Silva; Guimarães, Frank Evilácio de Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Mendes, Fernanda Cardeal; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Rosa, Randson Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.brIntroduction: Psychological illnesses such as depression and anxiety, have already affected health professionals, especially nursing, for years, however, with the confrontation of the republication pandemic by the new coronavirus, which started between 2019 and 2020, it has aggravated even more the psychic affections these professionals, leading to an increase in the risk of suicide and bringing the need for attention to these employees. Objective: to analyze the development of anxiety and depression among nursing professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology: This is an integrative review of the scientific literature, carried out between 2020 and 2021, where the Boolean operators, AND, OR AND AND NOT were used to cross-reference the descriptors. Results and Discussion: We found 10 studies of these 02 from SCIELO, 04 from MEDLINE, 01 from LILACS and 03 from BDENF, in addition 03 studies have international origin (02 from China and 01 from Portugal) and 08 were conducted in Brazil. Final Considerations: It is possible to identify the highest prevalence of symptoms suggestive of depression, when compared to anxiety, in brazil. Objective: To know the preventive measures for Pressure Ulcer (UPP) applied by nurses in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (ICU), highlighting the importance attributed to these professionals to the implemented measures, besides presenting the challenges and the difficulties that they encounter in the execution Of actions to prevent the UPP. Method: This is a descriptive, qualitative-based field study conducted at the Pediatric ICU of a state public hospital located in the city of Salvador, Bahia. The data obtained were through a semi-structured interview script, constituting as participants, nurses who were present at the ICU at the time of the research. Results: The change of position was highlighted as a preventive measure and nutritional status as a risk factor for developing PU. Regarding the importance of performing preventive actions, it is worth mentioning the reduction of the patient's length of stay in the ICU and the prevention of infections. The difficulties reported by the nurses are evident that there are deficiencies in both human and material resources to promote patient care. This theory has applicability in nursing care to the health of the child and the adolescent. Objective: To analyze the scientific literature on the use of Nursing self - care theory in the care of children and adolescents. Methodology: This is a literature review of the integrative type, based on a 20-year temporal cut from 1998 to 2017, published in Portuguese, English and in the LILACS, SciELO, BDENF and MedLine databases. It was used as descriptors : self-care, nursing, child and adolescent. Results: Twelve articles were selected, with 83.3% of articles in the last 10 years. Self - care has been applied by nurses in the care of chronic diseases, infectious diseases, teenage pregnancy, alcohol use and health education. Objective: Identify the aspects that favor the promotion of breastfeeding. Methodology: Integrative review study, based on a survey of articles published in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), between 2015 and 2020, written in Portuguese. A combination of descriptors was used: Breastfeeding, Breastfeeding and Health Promotion. Based on the selection criteria, twelve articles were found. Results: After analyzing the information, it was possible to identify some aspects that promote breastfeeding - Role of health professionals: strategies to promote breastfeeding; Support programs promoting breastfeeding and Support networks as promoting breastfeeding. This concept applies, in fact, to the patient and his surroundings, who fall ill and suffer together - family members, caregivers and the health team. Objective: To analyze how nursing care is provided to people in palliative care, through available scientific publications. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review, through articles published in the Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval Online System (Medline) databases. Nursing Data (BDENF), Spanish Bibliographic Index in Health Sciences (IBECS) and National Collection of SUS Information Sources (COLECIONA SUS). Searches were carried out between April and March 2021, using pre-defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: 15 articles were selected, regarding the distribution of articles by year of publication, the results showed that the years that had the highest number of publications were 2013 and 2018 with four articles each; followed by the year 2020 with three articles and the years 2012, 2014, 2017 and 2019 with one article each. On the other hand the technological advances have favored the development of new therapies with the objective of extending the limits of life. In the beginning, death was consummated in the patients' homes, where the family took full care of this, but with the transition of the health services supply, this care was transferred to the professionals, being relevant the preparation of these for the treatment of terminal patients OBJECTIVE: To analyze the national literature of the last seven years on nursing care for patients in palliative care. METHODOLOGY: Integrative literature review, carried out through a research in the Virtual Health Library (VHL) and developed with the databases MEDLINE, Latin American and Caribbean Literature in health sciences ( And, BDENF. The inclusion criteria were fulltext articles, published between 2010 and 2017. RESULTS: Three categories of analysis emerged: "Feelings of nursing professionals towards the care of the terminal patient" ; "Training and preparation of the nursing team for palliative care" and "Practical aspects of palliative care". 12 articles were selected from a total of 106. CONCLUSION: The research made it possible to broaden the understanding of nursing care to the patient in palliative care. The role of the nurse is fundamental in this context, mainly for being directly responsible for the nursing team and for the systematized care of the patient. Objective: to describe nursing care in the early identification of sepsis signs and symptoms for quality care in the Intensive Care Unit, through a literature search. Methodology: This is a review study of the national literature on nursing actions to improve the early identification of sepsis, which used the bases of the VHL, SCIELO and PUBMED, developed in October 2021. Inclusion criteria were the articles published in the last five years that were available in Portuguese and descriptors:"Sepsis" AND "intensive therapy" AND ("nursing care" OR "nursing care") Results/Discussion: From the analysis of the publications, two specific categories emerged, namely: 1st. Knowledge of professionals about the early identification of sepsis; 2nd Main nursing actions for the early identification of sepsis. Objective: To know the importance and function of the nurse in home care. Method: This is a review of the literature, through the survey of published research between 2007 and 2016, with free and complete text availability. We included studies in Spanish, English and Portuguese, delimiting date of publication in the electronic databases VHL, LILACS and SCIELO. The results obtained were transcribed and presented in descriptive form, and organized in tabular form. In this sense, he observed that the nurse in the home, has diversity and complexity and plays a fundamental role in the health of the patient in the practice of the home exercise. Final considerations: The study allowed to conclude that the role and importance of the nurse in the domicile are fundamental in the AD, in which these professionals manage to develop a significant work through the educational practices in health in the home environment. It is evident the increase of the resolution and the integrality of the care, besides the bond between patient / family and caregiver.
