Item Onde estão as crianças? desaparecimento no Estado da Bahia, contextos familiares e institucionais para a promoção de direitos humanos(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2021-12-20) Lino, Fabiana Neiva Almeida; Cavalcanti, Vanessa Ribeiro Simon; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Araújo, Ulisses Campos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Calazans, Márcia Esteves de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Rocha, Sheila Marta Carregosa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Silva, Antônio Carlos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/The current matter deals with issues involving the missing children: family and institutional contexts for the promotion of Human Rights with geographic delimitation directed to the State of Bahia. In times of human trafficking, exacerbated urban violence and changing social and family contexts, the subject-object-problem developed as part of a doctoral project deserves to have intervention in a network and through ongoing actions. Since then, there have been several changes in the institutes, especially to ensure the promotion of Human Rights. In this context, it is necessary to analyze the disappearance of children, observing the family and institutional contexts, how the network of protection and support for families and individuals who experience this process is configured, to analyze public policies on disappearance and the dignity of the human persons; analyze information technology instruments; educational support from the media and follow-up by institutions for full protection of children; mapping procedures, agendas and instruments for collection, investigation and creation of a network, access to justice and citizenship through legal and institutional mechanisms, with emphasis on service made between 2017 and 2021; mapping the primary documents of the MP/BA and Missing Persons Protection Police; and the National System and Location – SINALID. As a methodology, historiographic and state of the art review had been carried out. The collection of technical-scientific production material and national and international legal-institutional frameworks, documental analysis of report, opinions issued by the interdisciplinary team of the Public Ministry of the State of Bahia, interviews of agents belonging to the protection network and family members who experienced the process of disappearance and assistance/monitoring after the implementation of SINALID at the state level. We used the resource of documental analysis, with a historical-descriptive approach, based on the consultation of the files of reports and opinions issued by the Police Department for the Protection of Persons, having as headquarter the city of Salvador/BA and the Specialized Coordination of the Public Ministry of the State of Bahia ,the literature review using the random choice methodology for analyzing children's medical records. It is noticed that the disappearance of children form a legal and social level, and the law cannot refrain from regulating such situations. Supporting actions are necessary, preventive actions in guaranteeing the Human Rights of children, promoting the participation of families in institutional spheres to deal with and prevent these situations.Item Ciclometanoia: poética de um corpo feminino sobre duas rodas(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2021-09-08) Silva, Maria Angélica Vitoriano da; Rabinovich, Elaine Pedreira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Urpia, Ana Maria Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Souza, Cinthia Barreto Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Cardoso, Lorena Márcia Nascimento; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Bastos, Ana Cecília Bittencourt; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Santos, José Eduardo Ferreira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/The investigation object of this doctoral research emerges from the researcher's concerns in face of the precipitated questions from the decision to learn to ride a bicycle. This is a case study of the experience lived at 57 years of age, in the aging phase, a woman, white, cis, straight, middle class, retired, but active in professional activities related to her academic training in Pedagogy and Psychology , mother, grandmother, married, residing in the city of Salvador. Its structure revolves around a single case study with an autoethnographic qualitative methodological characteristic in which, starting from a single, spontaneous individual subjective experience, the author describes her encounter with herself, in the encounter with the other and the transformations in the self, resulting from these encounters. The use of autoethnography favored understanding the meanings that the person attributes to their own past experience, opening new meanings to this experience. Having as problematic the decision to learn to ride a bicycle and the repercussions in the different spheres of her life, it proposes to understand the resulting transformations. The analysis process engendered its own paths and routes that favored (re)flexing on the experience, planned through images and in the making of a cartography describing the trajectory of the self in transformation. It was observed that, when approaching the aging phase, the late injunction awakens the desire of a child who hibernated for long years: riding a bicycle. The path taken in the fulfillment of this desire triggers the methanoia of the last phase of life, bringing to light issues that crossed it and modifying its relationship with i her body, with people, with the city. She called this process cyclomethanoia, defined as the cyclical experience of methanoia. It validates the importance of the autoethnographic method and highlights the importance of research on themes that highlight the role of women, their relationship with the body and the aging process; the use of bicycles as ways of health care and resistance to bio-power over their bodies; about caring for the environment and the ways in which individuals relate to the city. The thesis discusses the relationship between personal memory (Jung, 2000, Pollak, 1992) and collective memory (Halbwachs, 1980, 1992, Wagoner, 2012) from the narratives of members of the same family about their memories of the childhood home. It was intended with this research to analyze similarities and dissimilarities of the narratives of members of the same family about their memories. As the childhood home is a common context of socially shared living, the family then becomes the privileged space for in-depth study of the self-other relationship. For this, the present work promotes dialogue between studies of analytical psychology (Jung, 1971, 1981, 1988, 1999, 2002, 2008, 2011, 2012, 2013, Hillman, 1989, 1993, 2008, 2010, Von-Franz, 1993, 2008, Kalsched, Singer e Kimbles, 2004) and cultural psychology (Valsiner, 2017, 2018, Zittoun, 2003, 2003a).. The hypothesis raised points to build methodological bridges that recognize the collective construction of memory, just as the poetic capacity of subjectivity in producing personal memories (Boechat, 2000) . Three dimensions are then valued for the analysis of data: the social, the family relations and the subjectivity of the person. Individual interviews were conducted with members of three distinct families. A middle-upper-middle-class family consisting of a couple, a daughter and a son; A family that has a socioeconomic ascendancy composed by couple and their three daughters: And a family that was interviewed in a small interior near Salvador that went through great economic difficulties in the period of the children's childhood, which had the interview of the mother, stepfather, two daughters and two children. All interviewees were adults and had as prerequisite for all family members accept make part of it. Three questions guide the interviews: What are your memories of your childhood home? In this house, were there objects that were important to you? Was there an important object for the family in this house? Following the narrative studies, the questions served as the interviewer's guide and as a means of inciting recall. The results emphasize the social construction of memory that affects the formation of the identity of the person, temporality as an essential element of the perception of the person about the phenomenon and subjectivity as a condition of transforming creativity that is lived collectively. Objects serve as anchors that draw memories and tell stories. Objects can be both biographical when associated with biography, the construction of a person's identity, and the social group. The collective formation of memory starts from the human capacity to be emotionally affected by the other. Shared experiences produce collective memories that can affect both recall and forgetfulness about facts. But still, subjectivity, the mitopoesis of the psyche, the human capacity and subjectivity of constructing autonomous stories enable the formation of individual memories and of particular way of seeing and relating to inanimate objects or facts.Item Trabalhadoras rurais e empoderamento: relações conjugais e convívio familiar de mulheres líderes de sindicato(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2020-07-30) Nascimento, Telma Regina Batista; Castro, Mary Garcia; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Costa, Lívia Alessandra Fialho da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Santos, Valdineia Oliveira dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Marques, Zoraya M. O.; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Fortes, Isaura Santana; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Carrera, Gilca Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.brThe thesis starts from the autobiography about the possibility of establishing a feedback relation between personal dimension and epistemological dimension typical of the problematic that involved this research, translated by the experience of female rural workers. By circulating and producing knowledge on public life plan of Sindicato dos Trabalhadores e Agricultores Familiares de Serrinha (Sintraf), this women were constituted by ‘struggle’. Struggle where knowledge and ways of empowerment emerged and also motivated us to investigate in which action they covered the relations sex/gender in the Family, within the marriage/conjugality contract. Aspect from which the guiding questions of the investigation arose: What features could we consider as empowerment or not of the female rural workers heading the management of Sintraf Serrinha? In case of such features exist, what knowledges would be involved for them? What are the conditions for this knowledge to have collaborated or not for the empowerment of these female workers within the scope of the marriage/conjugality contract? Such questions were supported on the following aim: to develop a study about the knowledge related to the possible empowerment of female rural workers in Sintraf Serrinha’s management; analysing how the divisions of power were configured in the private sphere and investigating whether this knowledge collaborated or not for the empowerment of these workers within the scope of the marriage/conjugality contract. In order to theoretically circumscribe this phenomenon, we seek for an interdisciplinary approach to the Sisal Territory/municipality of Serrinha-Ba and the public-private processes involved in the knowledge and empowerment achieved by female rural workers. Therefore, we call upon authors as Freire (1987), Pateman (1993), Batliwala (1997), Léon (2001), Paludo (2001), Humberto Nascimento (2003), Patel (2005), Telma Nascimento (2009), Coelho Neto (2013), among others. Regarding the methodological point of view, we decided for the qualitative approach, research field with inspiration in ethnoresearch; using the survey and semi-structured interview as a mean to collect information. In addition, based on the research findings, we defend the thesis that the empowerment achieved by these women in the public space of Sintraf Serrinha was replicated in the private space of the family and the marriage/conjugality contract. This empowerment carried the absolutely revolutionary content of knowledge/know-how. It was through the knowledge/know-how that these women recognized themselves in their gender identity, as a family farming and as an individual of rights. It was through the knowledge/know-how that they move ahead individually and collectively to fight against domestic violence and public policies for health. It was through the knowledge/know-how that they affirmed within the family, their individual and collective right to occupy and expand their political skills in the public space.Item O papel da família na aprendizagem matemática entre estudantes de uma escola pública no município de Salvador, Bahia(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2021-02-26) Oliveira, Eliana Braga Garcia de; Santos, José Eduardo Ferreira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Petrini, Giancarlo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Vieira, Cristina Maria Coimbra; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Carrera, Gilca Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; André, Sumaia Boaventura; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Cavalcanti, Vanessa Ribeiro Simon; http://lattes.cnpq.br/This research entitled: The role of the family in mathematical learning among students at a public school in the city of Salvador, Bahia. It aims to investigate the conceptions that parents / guardians of students in a public school have about the “world of numbers” and the possible interferences in the learning of Mathematics in Ensino Fundamental II Elementary School II. For this reflection, this research resorted the authors: Donati (2011) who introduces an approach within the family relationship; Petrini (2003, 2005, 2008, 2009, 2010), Petrini e Alcântara (2015) that reveals family changes in the 21st century; Piaget (1977, 1983, 1998, 2002) who adds several contributions on the process of knowledge acquisition by the human being, particularly with regard to the child's development; D´Ambrósio (1986, 2001, 2002, 2005) and D’Ambrósio et al. (2004), who describes the relationship between Mathematics and mathematical education; finally, there is the contribution of Fiorentini (1995, 1996, 2013), who researches the trends in the teaching of the subject and its findings, concluding that different conceptual forms lead to different positions and decision-making in pedagogical action. The methodology developed is qualitative / descriptive / exploratory. Perspectives from theorists were applied Bogdan and Biklen (1994), with qualitative research in education; André (2012) with research in ethnographic education and Amado, Costa e Crusoé (2017) with the content analysis technique. In this way, field observations, semi-structured interviews with 12 (twelve) parents / guardians, 12 (twelve) students and two (02) teachers of the mathematical subject of the researched classes were used. It was evidenced in the research that the families' conceptions regarding mathematics, exerts a partial influence on the mathematical learning of their children. This influence was identified in two positive and negative poles. On the positive side, it demonstrated motivational aspects in students, awakening a taste for mathematical subject and learning for pre-adolescents and adolescents. In the negative, it highlighted demotivating aspects that make them believe in the inability to solve and understand the mathematical contents. It was noticed that the influence of conceptions was partial because they reveal other aspects that also contribute to the students' failure in mathematical learning, such as: unfavorable family environment, absence of didactic resources, teacher methodology, lack of routine for studies, among others. Item Escolarização, trabalho e família: concepções e perspectivas de adolescentes e familiares em busca dos exames supletivos(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2020-12-09) Cruz, Ariadne de Araújo; Moreira, Lúcia Vaz de Campos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Carvalho, Ana Barreiros de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Santos, Davi Moisés Barreto; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Santos, José Eduardo Ferreira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Fornasier, Rafael Cerqueira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/The general goal of this investigation consists in identifying adolescents who take supplementary exams and their parents/guardians’ conceptions and perspectives about schooling, work and family. The study is descriptive, exploratory and based on a quantitative approach. The research was carried out at “Permanent Comission of Evaluation”- CPA, which takes place at a state school in Salvador/Bahia. The study involved 30 teenage candidates and their respective parents/guardians who chose the CPA of the mentioned school to take the Supplementary Exams. In total, 60 people participated in this survey. Data collection was based on two semistructured script of interviews: one of them to the adolescents, and the other to their parents/guardians. The study was approved by the “Committee on Ethics Research” of the Catholic University of Salvador (UCSal). The participants were contacted and interviewed in the school environment. Data were analyzed constructing categories based on the obtained replies and based on the calculation of the respective percentages. The main results were: According to the parents/guardians of all social levels, the main perspective is that the adolescent should take the supplementary exams in order to regularize the school life or to anticipate the access to the University, and to finish high school as soon as possible, since there was a gap between age and grade. In turn, some adolescents think that their perspectives were focused on obtaining the certification and, consequently, on being able to access labour market more easily. Adolescents and their parents/guardians think that school is, mainly, a place of learning and of social interaction. Besides this, school consists of a place to access a better study and a better learning. Work is seen, besides other things, as a way of survival. For the most adolescents and their parents/guardians, family is considered the basis to everything. The participants value education, but it is necessary to adopt effective public policies in order to guarantee the quality of the schooling process to everyone which is part of a society that, every day, requires more qualification of their citizens.Item A transição do 5º para o 6º ano numa escola pública municipal de Salvador-Ba: dificuldades dos estudantes, contribuições familiares e apoio escolar(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2020-11-11) Rios, Clara Maria Almeida; Fornasier, Rafael Cerqueira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Petrini, Giancarlo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Carneiro, Suzana Filizola Brasiliense; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Nonato, Emanuel do Rosário Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Carrera, Gilca Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Santos, José Eduardo Ferreira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/This work is a descriptive qualitative study, which focuses its attention on the transition phase from the 5th to the 6th grade, focusing on the students' voices, about their difficulties, family contributions and school support, in this phase of education. cycle change, in the context of a public-school system in Salvador. The question is: how are family and school educational practices associated with the process of adaptation and school performance of students in the transition phase from 5th to 6th grade? The general objective translates into: analyzing students' difficulties and the impacts of family educational practices and school practices, in the process of adaptation and school performance of students, in this transition phase from the 5th to the 6th year of schooling. This objective is divided into five specific objectives, which are: a) to understand how interpersonal relationships between families, students and teachers are processed in this phase of school transition; b) identify which students' difficulties and which family and school actions interfere and favor the process of adaptation and school performance of these students; c) analyze the conceptions and perceptions of students about their difficulties and what are the contributions of family and school institution in this phase; d) to know the conceptions, perceptions and actions of the principal, the pedagogical coordinator and the teachers in relation to the process of adaptation, teaching and learning of students in this transition phase; e) build knowledge and signal possible clues of family and school actions to favor the adaptation and good school performance of students in this specific moment of schooling. From this perspective, the research had as its object of study the personal experiences lived by students in the transition phase from 5th to 6th grade, in relation to family educational practices and school practices. The theoretical foundation consists of an interdisciplinary approach, supported by the various social and human sciences, especially the theorists who talk about family and education in contemporary times, about phases of human development and transitions, such as: Morin (2000); Schaff (2001); Giddens (1993, 2017); Bourdieu (1993); Donati (2008, 2013); Petrini (2003, 2004, 2005, 2016); Bauman (2004); Fornasier (2016, 2018); Bronfenbrenner (2011); Vigotski (2000,2010); Valsiner (2012); Zittoun (2004, 2005, 2007); among others. Its empirical field is a school of the Municipal Education Network of Salvador, in which operates the Elementary School II, segment of interest of the study to be carried out. The research has 32 participants, comprising 10 students of the 6th grade, 10 parents / guardians, 10 teachers, 01 Pedagogical Coordinator and 01 Principal. As research instruments, we used observations in locum and semi-structured interviews. Data analysis focuses on four groups: students (1st group), parents / guardians of students (2nd group), teachers (3rd group) and management team (4th group). As main results we realize that students experience difficulties during the school transition process, despite having family and school support. The research contributed to a better interpretation and understanding about the transition phase from the 5th to the 6th grade, in order to guide and suggest family and school procedures and actions capable of facilitating the adaptation process and the students' good performance during the referred change of school cycle.Item Trajetória de estudantes da graduação em medicina da UEFS: percursos para permanência e conclusão do curso, frente às expectativas familiares(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2020-11-20) Silva, Luciana Rios da; Amorim, Ivonete Barreto; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Rabinovich, Elaine Pedreira; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Brito, Eliana Sales; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Castro, Selma Barros Daltro de; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Mussi, Amali de Angelis; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Santos, José Eduardo Ferreira; http://lattes.cnpq.brThe fluidity and transience dynamics pertinent to today's society has required people to assume social roles that are constantly changing. Although contemporaneity displays a fluid character to social relations associated to the intense changes in values and needs with which we live daily, educational concerns and the predominance of school capital remain latent within most families. Many young people have the desire to become medical doctors and this choice is stimulated by families that project aspirations for their children based on a professional future that guarantees security and social recognition and anchored in the representation around “being a doctor”. However, the student's entry into a Higher Education Institution provides no guaranty of getting a degree in fact, once the academic environment raises conflicts and shows a complex reality to which medical students are submitted. Hence, this study is focused on the formative trajectory of medical students at the State University of Feira de Santana (UEFS), aiming to the objective and subjective resources enrolled by these students, in order to remain and conclude the course, considering both academic issues and facing family expectations. According to the general objective, specific objectives were outlined, which consisted of analysing the existing relations between society, education and development, in the process of professional choice; Identify the objective and subjective elements used by students to resolve tensions relevant to academic dynamics; Describe whereby students perceive their family's expectations about the training process and future professional activity. To present from the maps and the interviews, how the voices of the students' selves are positioned before the student self, a member of a family, a person and a future professional, in the context of medical academic training. The methodology toward the research development was based on a qualitative approach, case study type, involving collecting information technique of the self map, semi-structured interview and sociodemographic questionnaire. In order to elaborate the theoretical basis of the study, the productions of Bourdieu (1993,1996, 2003, 2015), Chaudary and Charma (2008), Cunha (2007), Han (2017 to 2017 b), Hermans ( 1992), Lipovetsky (2007), Luckesi (2012), Machado (1997), Masetto (2003, 2009), Oliveira, Rego and Aquino (2006), Petrini (2009), Roudinesco (2003), Scheffer (2018) and Singly (2010) were applied. The results show different strategies to deal with the conflicting conjecture were used by students during the training process, however, among all the available resources, the individual articulation prevailed toward facing the adverse situations, which in general presented as a background the subsidy for family care.Item Repercussões psicossociais e espirituais da doença renal crônica e dos tratamentos de hemodiálise e diálise peritoneal sobre os familiares(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2020-11-26) Almeida, Aline Mota de; Rabinovich, Elaine Pedreira; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Carvalho, Evanilda Souza de Santana; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Amorim, Rita da Cruz; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Sá, Kátia Nunes; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Brito, Eliana Sales; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Sá, Sumaia Midlej Pimentel; http://lattes.cnpq.brChronic kidney disease causes physical, emotional and social changes in the person affected, with repercussions on the family, which is subject to the various adaptive demands imposed by the disease and dialysis therapy. From the literature, quality of life, spirituality, hope, resilience and social support were highlighted as elements that may be present and be influenced by illness, and even present themselves differently among family members of people on hemodialysis and on peritoneal dialysis. General objective: To analyze the psychosocial and spiritual repercussions that chronic kidney disease and hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments can have on the sick person's family members. Method: Mixed study with qualitative (n = 20) and quantitative (n = 160), descriptive, cross-sectional and comparative study, carried out with family members of people with chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis therapy, in a dialysis unit in Salvador-Bahia, Brazil. Data collection was carried out from September to December 2019, after approval by the Ethics Committee, using the following instruments: sociodemographic questionnaire; semi-structured interview script; WHOQOL-bref; WHOQOL-SRPB; Resilience Scale for Adults; Herth's Hope Scale and Perceived Social Support Multidimensional Scale. The data obtained from the scales wereanalyzed with descriptive statistics and association tests adequate to the nature of the variables. Content analysis was used to treat narratives and discussions were carried out through the triangulation of methods. Results: illness and treatment repercussions on the investigated elements were identified and quality of life, spirituality, religiosity and social support obtained higher scores for the peritoneal dialysis group; while in hope and resilience the scores had similar values between treatment groups. Negative self-perception of life quality emerged after the disease and treatment, dealing with it through overcoming mechanisms, reorganization of family, personal and social everyday life, and through passive acceptance of the experienced situation. As sources of support, spirituality, religiosity, hope, and support from family, friends, and health professionals were mentioned. Correlations were identified showing that age, gender, belief, income and length of care influenced the quality of life. There were positive correlations between the averages of quality of life domains; general quality of life index; spirituality, religiosity and personal belief; resilience; hope; and perceived social support, indicating that the higher the score of one of these elements, the higher the score of the others. Main conclusions: this study confirm the thesis that the statistically significant differences in the quality of life of family members of peritoneal dialysis with a higher score in the environment domain, when compared to those of hemodialysis, do not occur due to the type of treatment, considering that this treatment causes greater care overload for the family, but due to the socioeconomic characteristics of the families of the people who are indicated for the referred treatment. Given the differences in scores between groups of family members, specific care actions and programs for family members are required by type of treatment.Item A terceira jornada de trabalho da mulher na contemporaneidade(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2020-07-20) Talavera, Vera Mônica de Almeida; Santos, Edilton Meireles de Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Santos, Angela Cristina Guimarães; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Barbosa, Camilo de Lélis Colani; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Cardoso, Maria de Fátima; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Cavalcanti, Vanessa Ribeiro Simon; http://lattes.cnpq.brThe marked presence of women in the labor market, performed outside the family environment and understood to be the second workday, has revealed women’s ongoing participation in the most varied positions and functions, despite continuing to be the persons mainly responsible for domestic activities, especially those related to the education of children, which is considered the first workday. The situation is accentuated when "it’s all up to me" is incorporated in these workdays. The emotional and psychological burden existing in this scenario sometimes prevents an optimal performance at work outside the domestic environment, while simultaneously the woman is required to be the "perfect" mother, daughter, wife, sister, excellent housewife (administrator of the home) and impeccable woman who must conform physically to the standards demanded by society. In addition to all this, there is an overburden of responsibilities at work since the workplace is demanding and competitive. In this way, professional qualification and ongoing enhancement to remain on a par with men to hold onto their job, added to their other tasks, results in a superhuman performance and an excessive workload. This even implies abnegation of personal needs, and potentially prejudices women's physical and mental health, representing a triple workday. In this context, it is observed that women are involved in multiple activities and must cope with all of them. Thus, this work sought to understand how women who develop activities inside and outside the family environment perform a triple workday, and what the implications of this are for social and family relationships and their health. This study adopted a descriptive and analytical character based on a qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted using two techniques: 1) documentary research to analyze women's work from a legal standpoint; and 2) semi-structured interviews with eighteen women who performed multiple functions and are from different social classes. The results confirmed that women are responsible for innumerable activities that cannot generally be computed. Besides being unquantifiable, the activities are practically invisible when fulfilled, however non-fulfillment results in being perceived as irresponsible or negligent even by people close to the women, according to the reports of the interviewees. In most of the narratives, overburden and overwork were identified, as well as the fact that women under scrutiny here need to struggle to cope with the lato sensu modern-day pressures and demands of the labor market that call for professional qualification, even under penalty of becoming unemployed, which would exacerbate the family financial situation. The conclusion drawn is that the triple workday has harmful implications for women's work, family life and health. From this perspective, the results of this research revealed how the triple workday is implicated in women's lives, permeating their daily lives in a subtle, invisible and immeasurable way and consequently obliging them to establish strategies to deal with and handle the pressures arising from the need to reconcile multiple activities in diverse environments, not least the domestic area.Item Sociedade civil e neoliberalismo: a construção de caminhos frente às políticas neoliberais 1995 - 2002(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2019-10-28) Vieira, Roberto Carlos; Lepikson, Maria de Fátima Pessôa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Silva, Julie Sarah Lourau Alves da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Freitas, Kátia Siqueira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Rodrigues, Rosana Mara Chaves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Àvila, Heleni Duarte Dantas de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/The thesis discusses Civil Society Organizations and their position regarding neoliberal policies. It focuses on an analysis of the performance of these organizations in the Civil Society space, assuming that, given the neoliberal strategies adopted by the Brazilian State, the Civil Society Organizations, from 1995 to 2002, performed counter-hegemony to this. Neoliberal state in conformation and resistance processes, which are not watertight and non-exclusive. The general objective of the research was to analyze the performance of Civil Society Organizations, as counter-hegemonic cases, before the neoliberal policies assimilated by Brazil. The central question of the research is: How did the Civil Society Organizations counter-hegemonize neoliberal policies, from 1995 to 2002, in view of the reduction of the State's actions regarding social protection? The theoretical framework is supported by the contributions of some authors such as Behring (2008), Coutinho (2008) Duriguetto (2011), Landim (1993), Martins (2009), Montaño (2011) and Pereira (2003), among others. The discussions raise the investigation of a qualitative approach, of exploratory nature, with methodological procedures of Documentary Research and Discourse Analysis, having as instrument of analysis documents generated, during the time frame, by two civil society organizations from the military regime, the MOC and CESE and, which during the 90's, acted in front of the Brazilian neoliberal ideas. What can be seen is that those civil society organizations, during the time-frame, did not counteract the hegemony of the neoliberal project, from the constitution and execution of programs / projects that dealt with the multiple manifestations of the social issue, sought to ensure rights. political and social issues and the survival of groups / communities, sometimes conforming, sometimes resisting the offensive of the strategies carried out by the neoliberal policies installed in the Brazilian State and Bahia, although they do not express, in their activities, considering the time frame, political and social actions that explicit change and / or transformation in the period, as against hegemony to the neoliberal scenario, with regard to social protection.Item Relações familiares e políticas sociais: o caso do Serviço de Proteção e Atendimento Integral à Família - PAIF(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2019-08-26) Dias, Marcelo Couto; Prandini, Riccardo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Petrini, Giancarlo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Cavalcanti, Thaís Novaes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Carvalho, Inaiá Maria Moreira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Santa Bárbara Júnior, Camilo Antonio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Ramalho, José Rodorval; http://lattes.cnpq.br/The dynamics of family relations and social policy interventions on the family are two relevant phenomena in current Brazilian society. Between these phenomena there is a complex interaction. On the one hand, social policy-making processes have indicated the need to reconsider the role of the family in protecting individuals, giving rise to a range of services, programs and projects that focus on family ties or that establish the family as a partner for the achievement of their goals. On the other hand, much research has discussed changes in the family and the impact of these changes on the well-being of people and society. Among the social policy interventions on the family, the Service of Protection and Integral Care to the Family (PAIF), which is considered the cornerstone of the 'new' social assistance policy, has been highlighted in recent years. Thus, the objective of this research is to evaluate the way family relationships are considered in the proposal and implementation of the Service of Protection and Integral Care to the Family (PAIF), through official documents and reports of professionals who work in it. This is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory study, more specifically a case study, which analyzed the official publications about PAIF and the report of 8 professionals who perform this service in the city of Salvador-Ba . The results indicate that the family, understood as a relationship of full reciprocity between the sexes and the generations, represents a resource for the well-being of people and society as a whole and that interventions on families should focus on the creation and regeneration of the family social capital. Regarding PAIF, it was found that, both in the official publications about the Service, and in the report of the professionals responsible for the execution, family ties are generally considered as affective and solidarity ties between people who live together, without recognition of the specificity and social value of marital, parenting and intergenerational relations. In addition, the focus of actions is more on access to rights than on promoting the quality of family and community relations.Item Pais e filhos sob o domínio da biotecnologia: reprodução assistida e alteridade na família contemporânea(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2019-10-23) Lorenzo, Deivid Carvalho; Cavalcanti, Thais Novaes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Petrini, Giancarlo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Fornasier, Rafael Cerqueira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Barbosa, Camilo de Lélis Colani; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Ramos, Dalton Luiz de Paula; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Santa Bárbara Júnior, Danilo Antônio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/This thesis promotes a reflection on the impacts arising from the increase of assisted human reproduction techniques in the constitution of relations between parents, mothers and children in contemporary society. Proposes a phenomenological approach to its object of study, whichis the constitution of the bond of parenting. Focused on the phenomenological method, the present thesis, confronting the social data understood as into the filiation constituted by artificial procreation, aims to confront the universal understanding of the phenomenon of fatherhood, incident on the membership currently constituted, regardless of the intervention of the reproductive technologies. The paper uses document analysis, associating the review technique of integrative literature to the legislative and jurisprudential review emanating from Brazil and Portugal on the subject of assisted human reproduction. The thesis will depart on development of its reasoning, the intellectual apprehension of the social phenomenon of artificial breeding, taking it under the light of the articulation of the concepts of medicalization of life, the desire to have children, the social logic of consumer relations and the overvaluation of individual rights. Whereas the use of reproductive assisted unites subjects in the relational experience of parenting, the work proposes submission of family ties to the paradigm of otherness, using the intellectual legacy bequeathed by Edmund Husserl, Merleau-Ponty and Emanuel Levinas. The thesis does a foray into the meaning of family experience, aiming for find the essence of family ties, so that the guidelines for the universal understanding of such a phenomenon may be offered. Two concepts are articulated fundamental to the understanding of family life, which are the otherness and the familiar bond. The thesis makes a foray into the legal framework of artificial procreation by legal, administrative and jurisprudential norms operative in Brazil and Portugal. In the light of such regulation, the thesis points to the paradox that exists between regulations, intended to be given to the subject of artificial procreation and the today's conjuncture of the legal phenomenon, based on the premises outlined by the philosophy of alterity. The thesis shows that the management of humans assisted reproduction techniques today are the translation of a misunderstanding, currently in force, regarding the relations of alterity in which the ties of parenting, the first and most special stronghold responsible for providing constitution ethics of the person, subject of life in society.Item Com lenço e sem documento: identidades, ideário e relações familiares na luta e repressão política a Juventude Universitária Católica(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2011-04-03) Di Gregorio, Maria de Fátima Araújo; Cavalcanti, Vanessa Ribeiro Simon; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Castro, Mary Garcia; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Boaventura, Edivaldo Machado; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Arend, Silvia Maria Fávero; http://lattes.cnpq.br; Mattos, Wilson Roberto de; http://lattes.cnpq.brThis thesis is inserted on the line ‘Family and Society’, and investigates the Catholic University Youth – JUC - movement of significant action between the Totalitarianism and Democracy brasilian, with eyes on its history, identity, ideology and praxis which have defined their participation between 1930 and 1964. The approach is based on phenomenological hermeneutics ricoeuriana, anchored in the Social History and the method of historical study, empirical and qualitative. Semi-structured questionnaires were applied to a total of 30 people, recognised as jucists, privileging diversity on academic formation. The research shows the JUC as an expressive movement of the youth in those years, formed between the socio-religious militancy, conceptualised within the context of renewal of the Church - the one ot neo christianity and the University which gave them amalgamed identities between the catholic philosophy and interaction with other university social movements. This dynamic enabled the group shares a fight between Catholic identity and revolutionary practice, resulting in the Popular Action (AP). It was then that the group protruded beyond an organized social movement in advancing its ideology, assuming the identity of the fight, experiencing the Coup of 1964 which is established in the country in an atmosphere of tension and political repression, when the family acts as protective of its members.Item Mediação familiar judicial no Brasil: das perspectivas à realidade(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2018-12-19) Figuiredo, Marília Mesquita de Amorim; Guimarães, Flávio Romero; Cavalcanti, Vanessa Ribeiro Simon; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6538283866214716; Vasconcelos, Mônica Carvalho; Silva, Antonio Carlos daThis paper approaches the perspective and reality of family mediation in Brazil, with the objective of analyzing its application by the Judiciary, as a mechanism to promote a judicial culture focused on social peace and transformation. It intends to show that the contemporary family context no longer contains the traditional model of conflict resolution; that access to justice by a multiport perspective must observe the nature of the litigation so that it is referred to the most appropriate procedure; that the techniques of the Code of Civil Procedure related to the subject lead to mismanagement of autocomposite forms of conflict resolution; that the application of mediation in judicial spaces as a means of reducing the number of demands is not sufficient for social pacification; and the importance of re-evaluating legal education for the transformation of the adversarial culture into a consensual one. It was found that mediation is an effective possibility of social transformation and paradigm change of the litigation, provided it is not a mere stage of the judicial process, in line with its principles and used in addition to the agreement of interests; it is recommended for family conflicts, due to transformative potential through dialogue; it must be stimulated, together with the other forms of self-composition, in the courses of law from the study of conflict as a positive and opportunity for maturity, where families must also be worked as a psychoaffective and not just legal space. The methodological procedures were based on an exploratory study based on the analysis of Brazilian legislation, curricula, data from Law Bar exams, and the collection of national and comparative bibliographies.Item A afetividade como princípio orientador das famílias: dialogando monogamia e poliamor(Universidade Católica do Salvador, 2018-12-20) Knoblauch, Fernanda Daltro Costa; Lima, Isabel Maria Sampaio Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9804484885693341; Campinho, Ana Karina Figueira Canguçu; Araújo, Ana Thereza Meirelles; Vargas, Hilda Ledoux; Filho, Rodolfo Mário Veiga PamplonaPlacing affection as a central element in Brazilian Family Law means understanding the possibility of flexibilizing certain dogmas rooted in society in favor of greater freedom for individuals to exercise their autonomy to constitute a family. A study is needed that discusses the growing importance of affectivity in the Law of the Families with the still outstanding position occupied by the monogamy in the juridical order. The objective is to find possibilities of conciliation in coexistence in the same society, of monogamy and of the practice of responsible non-monogamy, through polyactivity, through the use of affectivity as guiding vector. The methodology for the development of this dissertation is qualitative in nature; In this way, the following research seeks to interpret the importance of affectivity as a constitutional principle regarding the recognition of family entities founded on the exercise of responsible non-monogamy, such as polyactivity. The research procedure applies the legal-prospective typology, exploring premises and conditions related to the subject, in order to verify the reality that permeates the option for the coexistence in poliafetividade in Brazil. When analyzing the legal status of monogamy in the Brazilian legal system after the Federal Constitution of 1988, it was concluded that it cannot be attributed to nature of principle and should be understood as a characteristic of long duration, without the condition of making legal recognition impossible of non-monogamous relations. On the other hand, when investigating the apprehension of the affectivity in Brazil, it was concluded that it has a juridical nature of implicit constitutional principle, being denominated, more specifically, of principle of objective juridical affectivity. As far as poliafetividade is concerned, it is concluded that it does not deny the existence of a monogamous dogma, majority, but that presents itself as a possibility of alternative choice, based on the exercise of the private autonomy of constituting a family; being able to state intervention in the extension of family rights, but not of restricting the possibilities of organization. The mark of Family Law must be affection and inclusion, not prejudice and regression. In times of the rise of conservatism, one cannot keep silent or escape the struggle for the rights of the least protected, and it is not acceptable that the State does not recognize the reality of families that do not conform to the monogamous standard, denying them basic family rights.
