    A permanência profissional após a aposentadoria: uma análise narrativa

    O objetivo do presente estudo foi compreender os sentidos da permanência no mercado de trabalho para os idosos aposentados. Foram entrevistados trabalhadores na faixa etária entre 60 e 75 anos, brasileiros e atuantes em Salvador (Ba). Os participantes deveriam estar aposentados e permanecerem no mercado de trabalho em regime geral ou estatutário. A pesquisa foi conduzida através de um questionário sociodemográfico e roteiro de entrevista narrativa em um encontro presencial. Os dados qualitativos obtidos foram analisados com base nas etapas da Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin (1977) seguindo as etapas de codificação, categorização, inferência e tratamento informático para caracterização dos dados coletados. Dessa forma, os resultados indicam que a necessidade ou até mesmo o desejo das pessoas permanecerem no mercado de trabalho está associado não apenas a questões econômicas, mas também a busca de autonomia através do trabalho realizado, como forma de se manterem inseridas na sociedade. Sugere-se que sejam incluídos, programas de planejamento para a aposentadoria que contemplem o envelhecimento ativo respaldado nos direitos humanos das pessoas mais velhas e nos princípios de independência, participação, dignidade, assistência e autorrealização.

    A perspectiva da criança da institucionalização à adoção: uma revisão de literatura

    O presente trabalho tem como objetivo principal compreender a visão sobre o tema de adoção na perspectiva de crianças institucionalizadas ou adotadas de acordo com a literatura científica nacional. A metodologia usada é a revisão sistemática de literatura. Os resultados deste trabalho foram diferentes tipos de sentimentos que emergiram nas crianças e que foram categorizados em eixos temáticos. A última categoria representa uma conclusão sobre a relevância da perspectiva da criança para as pesquisas sobre o tema. Conclui-se com este trabalho que a busca pela perspectiva da criança em casos de adoção ou institucionalização é importante para o processo psicológico individual da criança. No sentido científico, é relevante produzir material científico sobre adoção na perspectiva dos adotados pois contribui para efetivação de políticas públicas que incorporam as crianças na construção dos seus direitos.

    A psicoacústica como dimensão da percepção no processo de ensino-aprendizagem: um survey em psicologia

    Este estudo consistiu em um Survey de abordagem quantitativa, que teve como objetivo compreender relações entre a percepção sonora e o processo de ensino-aprendizagem de estudantes em ambientes universitários. A pesquisa foi realizada em ambiente virtual com duzentos e seis estudantes ouvintes e com desenvolvimento típico, de Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES) públicas e privadas do Brasil, regularmente matriculados no semestre corrente do período da coleta de dados. As entrevistas foram realizadas por meio da Plataforma Google Forms. A coleta de dados foi feita por meio de um formulário sociodemográfico e um roteiro de entrevista semiestruturado. Todos os dados foram analisados a partir de estatísticas descritivas e, em alguns casos, interferenciais de relação. Os participantes relataram que a presença de ruídos interfere no processo de ensino-aprendizagem e que os espaços das instituições são considerados como ambientes ruidosos, indicando concordância em relação ao incômodo causado pelos ruídos. Além disso, os resultados foram agrupados em diferentes categorias temáticas centrais: (a) Percepção sonora e (b) Ruído e o processo de ensino-aprendizagem. As considerações finais revelam que depender exclusivamente de relatos para compreender psicoacústica no processo de ensino-aprendizagem corre o risco de ter dados compostos pela má interpretação, diferenças entre ambientes utilizados como referência, percepções individuais, podendo ocasionar discrepâncias em fatores equivalentes e parecidos, e isso foi a principal limitação do estudo.

    Abordagem da equipe multiprofissional no cuidado a mulher em situação de violência.

    Violence against women can be found in different contexts during life, and different forms can be highlighted in different areas. The act stands out through sexual, physical and psychological violence, leaving not only physical and perceptive consequences on women, thus reflecting on the coexistence between society. Objective: To analyze the multidisciplinary team approach to care for women in situations of violence. Method: This is an integrative literature review study, the databases used were Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature (LILACS) and Nursing Databases (BDENF) 17 articles selected in Portuguese and English were selected from 2010 to 2020. Results: Assistance to women in situations of violence is characterized by welcoming by a multidisciplinary team due to the complexity of the biopsychosocial and emotional aspects involved. Final considerations: The multiprofessional approach in situations of violence is a factor that protects women's rights and prevents future recurrences of violence.

    Sexual violence against women carries many damages in the social, psychological, emotional, family, sexual and moral life of the battered woman. Law 11.340 / 2006, better known as the Maria da Penha Law, aims to protect women from any violence, whether domestic, family or sexual. Goal: To know and analyze the multiprofessional approach to women victims of sexual violence. Method: It is a study of literature review of the narrative type, done the data collection by the Virtual Health Library (VHL) in Portuguese language, with publications in the period from 2005 to 2013. The searches were conducted from August to November 2018. Results: The service to women victims of sexual violence is characterized by the reception by a multiprofessional team for the complexity of the biopsychosocial and emotional aspects involved. Final considerations: There is a need for the training of professionals working with these women victims of sexual violence, taking into account the complexity of the situation and the multiplicity of consequences.

    Introduction: The health of women and children has become a concern around the world. In developing countries such as Brazil, maternal and child morbidity and mortality mostly occur for causes that could be avoided, so it is necessary to create interventions and draw plans to reduce these rates, ensuring a better quality of life for this population. Objective: To analyze, based on literature evidence, the actions of primary health care services (PHC) to reduce infant and maternal morbidity and mortality rates, and strategies to prevent early weaning during the puerperium. Method: This is an integrative review using LILACS, MEDLINE and the Virtual Public Health Field databases, available on the Virtual Health Library platform. For this purpose, the following descriptors were used: infant mortality; maternal mortality; primary health care. Results: For the puerperium to be a calmer period and to bring well being to the mother and the baby, it is necessary to have a quality prenatal care, with qualified professionals and a multidisciplinary team, so that the risks are minimized and\ or detected in advance and a care plan is drawn up to ensure safe and quality pregnancy, delivery and puerperium. Conclusion: The actions of PHC services aimed at women's health must be based on an effective, humane and quality approach, which respects the subjectivity of these women and offers comprehensive and multidisciplinary care, thus reducing maternal and child morbidity and mortality rates.

    Pregnancy is an event of great significance in the life of women permeated by values and transformations, in this way, educational actions in prenatal care have become of fundamental importance. OBJECTIVE: GENERAL - To analyze the importance of educational actions in prenatal care. SPECIFIC: identify the educational actions performed by the prenatal care team, and understand the pregnant women's perception of educational actions in prenatal care. METHODOLOGY: This study deals with a descriptive narrative review with a qualitative approach, elaborated through the Virtual Health Library (VHL) database, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE); Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS); Scientific Eletronic Library OnLine (SCIELO); Nursing Database (BDENF). Eleven articles in the Portuguese language published in the period 2007-2015 are used. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: The actions performed by the nurse should focus on the biopsychosocial and emotional aspects related to prenatal care that were characterized by the reception and educational actions, as well as the aspects maternal and fetal health promotion. The pregnant women recognize the importance of prenatal educational activities in relation to the preparation for childbirth and the care of the newborn. CONCLUSION: It is suggested the increase of updates and courses of permanent training of nurses in the scope of health education actions that take into account the specific needs of pregnant women with the purpose of a better quality of the gestational process.

    Ações interdisciplinares na educação em saúde para o autocuidado e o pé diabético: revisão integrativa

    The actions of health education for self-care and diabetic foot became a great challenge for the interdisciplinary team due to the absence of trained professionals to offer preventive measures to patients. Demonstrating through adherence the importance of self-care for quality of life. Objective: To identify how the multiprofessional team through health education actions can promote self-care in patients with diabetic foot. Methodology: This is an integrative review, using scientific articles published in full free online access, in the Portuguese, Spanish or English languages, available in the electronic databases of LILACS / BDENF / SciELO / MEDLINE / PubMed in the publication from 2013 to 2018. Results: According to the authors, it was possible to understand the attitude, knowledge and practice of the interdisciplinary team in health education for self-care and diabetic foot, investigating the main educational actions for family members and patients in orientation to make it multiplier of knowledge. Conclusion: In view of the above, the study shows that there are numerous difficulties encountered for the interdisciplinary actions in health education for self care and the diabetic foot among them it is possible to highlight; the resistance of the patients in the adherence to the actions and promotions, economic difficulty, absence of qualified professionals to provide the care, and resistance of the professionals in carrying out the planned actions.

    Administração de conflitos interpessoais no processo de trabalho do gerente de enfermagem: uma revisão narrativa de literatura

    In the hospital context, the nurse is the leader of the nursing team and manages the health units, taking responsibility as mediator of the conflicting relationships of his team. OBJECTIVES: To identify in the academic literature articles that address the administration of interpersonal conflicts in the work process of the nursing manager. METHODOLOGY: Articles were selected, and scientific publications were selected from the virtual databases: SciELO, LILACS, MEDLINE, BDENF; comprised between 2010 and 2017, in Portuguese. RESULTS: Of the studies analyzed, ten of them brought relevant approaches to conflicts. DISCUSSION: The results presented in the form of thematic categories are as follows: Nursing leadership; The causes of conflicts and solutions to conflicts. CONCLUSION: However, the nurse's behavior to address the problem will depend on the perception optics in detecting the conflict, on the choice of strategy to negotiate it.

    Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airways that results in variable obstruction, being reversible or not, with appropriate or spontaneous therapy. Obstructive pulmonary diseases, such as asthma, cause changes in respiratory mechanics, directly interfering with body posture. Objective: To perform a literature review on the changes in the posture of asthmatic people. Methods: The searches were performed in the MEDLINE, SciELO, LILACS and SCIENCE DIRECT databases, type of studies: transversal. Using the keywords: asthma, posture and postural changes and their correspondents in English. Results: The studies found evidenced postural alterations present in the adult phase, and insignificant or nonexistent alterations in childhood. Final considerations:Multiprofessional attention in asthma is of great importance for clinical and functional treatment, with physiotherapy acting on postural corrections. It is possible to analyze, from the studies found, that the changes in posture are insignificant or nonexistent in childhood, however, it is present in the adult phasebringing considerable changes to the posture. However, it is important to make new publications, especially with children, in order to benefit the scientific community, as well as physiotherapists and the population studied

    Studies show a lower prevalence of exclusive breastfeeding among adolescents when compared to adult mothers. Adolescence is indicated as a risk factor for early weaning, which is the cessation of exclusive breastfeeding before six months of life. Objective: To analyze the breastfeeding process in postpartum adolescents. METHOD: This study is an integrative review of literature conducted through the database: MEDLINE (pubmed), Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences Information (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) and manual search in the references of the published articles. Results: The research was formed by a sample of 11 articles being published from 2004 to 2018, all of them addressing in their context, the categories that emerged were: Breastfeeding in adolescence; Risk factors for early weaning. Final considerations: The breastfeeding process of adolescent mothers is extremely difficult because of the limited knowledge about breastfeeding, inexperience and difficulty with breastfeeding, which have become some of the factors associated with early weaning in adolescents. The health team's support, reception, and educational actions encourage and encourage adolescents about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding for the newborn

    Análise comparativa entre ovos de galinha comercializados nos supermercados e veículos feiras livres em Salvador Bahia: estudo descritivo

    The high nutritional quality of hen's eggs and their excellent cost-benefit justifies the high degree of acceptance by consumers. However, the sanitary quality must be taken into account, due to the increasing number of food outbreaks by Salmonella sp. Thus, the objective was to comparatively evaluate the sensory quality and hygienic sanitary conditions of hen's eggs sold in street markets and supermarkets in different neighborhoods of Salvador-Ba. Thirty units of randomly acquired hen eggs were analyzed without observing expiration dates or other hygienic-sanitary standards required by legislation. A checklist was then applied to verify the internal and external characteristics of eggs, the profile of traders and their commercial establishments, the presence of mandatory labeling on packaging as established by Resolution No. 35/2009 of the National Health Surveillance Agency. It was noted that the chicken eggs sold in the fairs in the neighborhood of Sete Portas and Calçada had unsatisfactory results, including the eggs sold in supermarkets in these neighborhoods, even though they were in proper packaging and labeling, the appearance of chicken eggs in the supermarket in the neighborhood of Sete Portas and Calçada, did not meet the sensory quality requirements. As for the profile of merchants, most were in compliance, however the survey is still needed to guide merchants on how to conserve and expose eggs and for consumers regarding care in the purchase, preparation and consumption of hen eggs.

    Adenium obesum desert rose is a plant native to Africa, but has been gaining ground in many parts of the world. His search has been for examples of seeds, which form great sculptures when reaching adulthood, in addition to reaching high values in the market, causing producers to seek more and more information about the desert rose. There are currently few studies related to germination mechanisms and requirements of this species. This study aims to analyze the influence of calcium nitrate on the germination of desert rose seeds A. obesum. For the accomplishment of this work, the germination of the seeds in different concentrations of calcium nitrate (concentration 400 ml / liter) in the treatments was carried out in order to ascertain which results would be more efficient for the germinative process. The total germination, germination speed coefficient, seedling vigor, root length and seedlings were evaluated. At the end of 10 days the germination of 18 seeds (immersed in calcium nitrate) and 18 seeds (control group) can be noted. The total germination presented a 90% rate, and by the CVG test, the germination speed of the seeds was similar. The seeds were considered vigorous, but the calcium nitrate dosage may have been very high, slowing the development of desert rose seedlings

    Análise de técnicas de plantio e armazenamento de sementes de mamona (Ricinus communis L.) na região de Irecê/ Bahia.

    Castor bean (Ricinus communis L.) is a crop of great potential for the region of Irecê - Bahia, which has favorable soil and climate conditions for its planting and has been standing out as an important alternative for the development of family agriculture in the region. However, the quality of castor bean seeds can be affected by several factors during the production process. In this context, the objective of this study was to analyze the main techniques for planting and storing castor oil seeds used by family farmers in the region of Irecê - Bahia, and to identify possible obstacles in production, relating them to the existing technical knowledge. For data collection, 10 farmers were interviewed between October and November 2019 through a semistructured questionnaire on castor bean cultivation techniques. It was noted that farmers commonly face difficulties in producing and draining production. Irregular and scarce rainfall, the use of low quality seeds, insufficient labor, compacted soil, pests, and lack of support and financing have been the main obstacles to production. That said, it is necessary to seek measures to eliminate or mitigate these failures, such as new projects for the construction of UTD, distribution of certified seeds, intensification of technology, adding producers to cooperatives, support from managers and incentives to producers; so that the social objectives of increasing castor bean production in the best quality standard and consequently, income generation in the region are achieved.

    Análise do perfil de morbimortalidade por cancêr de mama em mulheres no Estado da Bahia

    Breast cancer is considered a major public health problem, responsible for the second leading cause of morbidity and mortality in women in all regions of Brazil, including the state of Bahia. Objective: To analyze the profile of morbidity and mortality due to breast cancer in women in the state of Bahia, from 2008 to 2017. Methodology: This is a temporal ecological study of quantitative character. It presents as a unit of analysis the state of Bahia and its time frame, the period from 2008 to 2017. The information systems used form: SIH-SUS and SIM with data extracted from the online platform of the SUS Department of Informatics.Results: The highest number of cases of breast cancer diagnosed in the age group of 40 to 59 years (53.7%) and the highest mortality rate in the age group of 60 years or over 51.9 per 100,000 women was observed. The highest number of deaths was observed in women with low education (21.4%), brown (55.5%) and single (34.2%). It was possible to verify the increase in the lethality rate in both age groups. Final considerations: Given the scenario of breast cancer in the state of Bahia, more control and screening actions are needed in women over 40 years in the state, allowing the diagnosis in early stages of cancer in order to reduce the high mortality rate and improve survival of these women.

    Análise dos aspectos espaço-temporais da marcha de crianças hemiparéticas que utilizam órtese em membro inferior: relato de caso

    Cerebral palsy causes physical and functional changes including hemiparesis. Bracing is a widely used feature in children with CP; it aims to improve the alignment of peripheral joints, prevent joint deformities and optimize space-time aspects. Objective: To observe possible changes in walking parameters, with and without AFO use in MMII. Materials and methods: This is a case report involving a child with a hemiparesis-type PC. A GoPro Hero4 was used to shoot the gait with and without AFO, the images were analyzed by the CVMOB and compared the two moments for analysis of possible changes in speed, pitch length and cadence. Project was approved by the CEP with CAEE of 82972217.9.0000.5628 according to Law 466/2012. Results: The AFO prescription for children with spastic hemiparesis-type PCs may influence spatiotemporal aspects. The use of the device increased pitch length however decreased speed and cadence.
